★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a ZTL ticket from Florence - and it was for one of the days our car was parked here. We parked the car for three straight days and the violation was in the middle of those days. I contacted the owner and he promptly replied that it had happened when they were moving the car to another facility. (I knew they might do this as the garage in central Florence is quite small). Park2Go paid the fine. Tomasso was prompt and professional in his handling of this. I had chosen them because I had seen other reviews that said they would pay if they were responsible, knowing that the ZTL rules are very strict in Florence. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Park2Go. Great location and great people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked prices on web beforehand. For our car Max was $25 euro. When arrived was told Max was $30 euro. When we came back for car welas charged $31 euro. Next time I will reserve online and prepay to avoid the bumps. Otherwise this is a great location. We had no issues with service. It is possible to find free parking in spots around the city with some patience but for the convenience and peace of mind I recommend using this garage.

In response to reply, our exact car model was listed as a medium size for 25 euro. It would be a good idea to post those on the office window for clarity. As mentioned the location and service are good and are recommended. We got lucky one day and happened on a parking spot that had white painted lines with no signs preventing parking. We parked there all day for free with no problem other than a longer walk in to the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and friendly staff. Location almost in the center of the old town so that’s probably what determines a bit higher price (108 Euros for 3 nights). All in all we were satisfied and of course we are not expecting ZTL fine…

You need to gave them the keys.
No need to worry about spercial permit area. The guys from parking gave the plate details to the authorities.
We left our car for two days and it was everything ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closest parking to the downtown sites. In fact it is only half a block from the pedestrian only zone. The space is very tight (as all parking in Italy is)! The only downside is that they don't open until 7am, and you can't get your car any earlier, so if you have an early departure you'll have to leave the night before. This is standard for all garages in Florence.
