★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parked the car here. 11 months later we got a fine of the ZTL. They promised us this wouldn't happen. Also the strange thing is that the date and time of the fine (including fotograph) is different from the date and time we entered florence. So we also have the idea that they drove our car for some reason resulting in 110 fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great great service. Faustus is as professional and nice as one can be. Big up for him. His knowledge of English is also valuable in Italy :)). Also, great location and the procedure is quick and tidy. Also, when we left we settled for two days of parking but we took the car back in less that 48 hours and the price was adjusted.
5 stars.

A bit expensive, but very convenient. Could have been nice if they also offered to wash the car ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was the garage closed when we arrived (after we called with the arrival time), but the car was never in that parking, but in one further away from the centre. When we went to pick it up for a day trip, we had to walk to the other parking to get our car, and we're told to return it there or else we would be waiting in front of a closed parking again. I paid for this specific parking because one of our group has mobility issues, so having the car further away was not ideal.
In the end I felt a bit scammed, as if sold one product and got a knock off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait more than 30 mins in front of the parking for it to be opened once arrived, even though we called 1h before to let them know we were on the way. To make things worse the car was then moved to another parking of the same company further away from the center.
