N	Nadya York on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended this place by our AirBNB host. Friendly service, we paid €30 for 24 hours carpark (I think it depends on car size too). Please note it's a valet parking service - they take your car away to park elsewhere and need 20-30 mins notice to get it back. We took photos of our car before to check for damage. There was no damage so we were happy. Driving in old city Florence is a complete nightmare with narrow streets and no parking. So although this was not cheap in the end we were happy to pay for the convenience of our car being safely parked with less hassle.
T	Travel Addict on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly, changed the aircon to 16 degrees..?, radio was adjusted, told us we need to give 1h notice before pick up - and then we still were waiting another 50min for the car ended up being late for an event, at the end had to pay cash (4 days=€120.-!!) as FPOS wasn’t working!! Yeah right, the POS terminal was in the cabinet... absolutely dodgy company!
S	Sourajit Das on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences of my life. It´s a valet parking facility, and when I collected my car the next day, it had scratches at the front. When I pointed out to the people there, they told the scratches were already there. I took the car on rent and checked it while renting, I am fully confident there were no scratches, the rental company also didnot point anything. Moreover, I later received a fine coupon from Florence Police, stating that the car was drove in the city center, whereas at that time I was exploring Florence using Hop-On-Hop-Off facility, and the car was supposed to be at the Parking. It is clear that they took out the car for their malicious purpose. I strongly recommend not to use their service!!

T	Tim Schapöhler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its disgusting how Bad this Garage is. We waited at our arival for 2 hours, our car got parked outside the City. Today we wanted to get our car back, and they again needed 3 hours to get us the car. The whole stuff is kind of dizzy. Dont go there!!!

Another 40 minutes later we received our car an after 3 Month a 70 Euro fee from the police of florence for driving in the historical center, while the car was still possession of the Garage Staff.
