d	d0rian7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was arranged for my car to be parked there during our stay in Florence. I had to speak with the guy 2 times, one on the phone and one in person. I have no complaints like other reviewers report, on the contrary I think he was friendly and open and also, he spoke decent english which helped a lot.

We tried to reach them to get our car (2 hours before we needed it, as we were told by them) but couldn’t reach anyone with the phone number they gave us. Thankfully our AirBnB host had another way of reaching them. But without our host we wouldn’t have gotten our car! Also it looks like they went through our stuff, since it was all stuffed in the bag differently than how we left it…. (we left a bag full of bikinis and towels in the car) Afterwards I read the google reviews and it looks like we were not the only ones with problems… Lets see if they register our license plate for ZTL….
P	Patrick O'Hare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster of a place. Cars parked off site - you have to call in advance to request car. They don’t answer phone. Had to walk over both times I collected car. They told me 1h 30m to get the car - 3hrs later still waiting with other customers many of whom were late for flights and sailings. Disaster.
H	Heather Neef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was located right by our hotel. However staff that worked during the day was not very nice. You have to give two hours notice to pick up your vehicle so it is not very convenient. For three days of parking it cost 64 euro.
S	Sera _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply terrible. Damaged our car and didn’t even manage to get us our car on time. Called a whole day in advance to let them know that we need the car in the morning. They were about 25 minutes late. We tried calling them 3 times but they didn’t pick up. When we went to the garage to see what the problem was, the man working there couldn’t have cared less. But this is not the worst part. Both side mirrors are damaged now. Pls don’t park in this garage. It has bad reviews for a reason..

Thought they park the car directly in the small garage on site but after thinking about why they need two hours to get your car ready I read the reviews and was shocked. They really need to inform their customers that they drive the car somewhere else. In my case it was a parking lot about 6km away. Picking up worked out fine, the car arrived exactly after 2h, nothing was damaged and the toll for ztl was noted on the bill. Hopefully they forwarded my plate and I won't get a fine like many others... Next time I would chose another parking lot where my car stays where I parked it.

They did ~20km with the car, due to parking it in another location and so on .. The only downside was that they did not see the Dashcam. I am just happy that the car is in one piece after what I saw ..
C	Caitlin Oberman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T DO IT. Our hotel recommended we park here and we called 2 hours before we wanted to pick up and the car wasn’t ready. They said come back in an hour. But we weren’t about to haul our luggage around town to kill the time. They said we were “ok” for the ZTL fine and it was “included” but after reading all the reviews we shall see
