★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked our car from July 30-Aug 3rd. I wanted to give this place more starts, but I received a violation ticket for driving on the limited zone area. The parking staff were supposed to remove it from the data base and also the violation was done when we were not in possession of the vehicle. Meaning the violation was done by one of their staff driving our car. Now after 2 months, I'm fighting with the rental company and the police to drop the charges. I wish i would have parked else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst place to park your car. They damage cars and charge you a fortune. Get charged an extortionate amount to park here. When our car was returned to us the key was returned to us broken with sticky tape holding it together. We’re on our honeymoon and do not have a spare. We explained this to the people in the garage and they said they didn’t care and to leave their garage. We now have to find a garage which repairs keys in order to continue our holiday. We haven’t had one problem parking throughout our 3 week stay in Italy. Absolute con men running this place.

We dropped off our car for 4 days and received a ticket and paid fines totaling around $400. They drove our car to an offsite location without our authorization and some where along the way they received a ticket and the ticket came in my name. Police doesn't care who was driving the car and wants the payment, appeal doesn't work as they threaten you with extra fines and late fees. This garage knows you don't live in the area and can't do anything about it and intentional gets you in trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They drive your car to an offsite parking garage and you are responsible for any tickets they get. Now I have a ZTL ticket and don't know what to do. Park else where, its not worth the ticket and dealing with Italian police over the phone. Your only option is to pay for the ticket! so far 120 euros to the rental car company and Italian police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were trying to find the Hotel Hermitage in our rental car, but could not. Out of frustration I looked for parking on our Garmin GPS and this was the closest garage. The staff worked with us to find our hotel, and one staff member drove us to our hotel so we would not have to pull our luggage through the busy streets. The garage charge, per day, was reasonable and when we're returned to pick the car up 4 days later, the car was at the curb waiting on us and in the same condition that we had left it. I cannot say enough good about this garage and it's helpful, friendly staff....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They looked like the nicest people, I am dealing with ZTL tickets now. They did not remove my license plate from the system.
They added 45km to my odometer, and told me the car had to be parked in a second location. I found a small dent on the passenger side of the car and they denied having anything to do with it. The ticket is for a date I was not even driving the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS GARAGE!
They crashed our car twice. Then they have sent me the video from the camera and there you can see how the crash happend. It‘s a shame how they park around and how they treat the cars there. Furthermore they have let us pay the 30€ a day and didn‘t say a thing about the crash. This garage is incompetent, rude and embarrassing! If you want your car to be safe, bring it elsewhere.

We accidentally left one of our bank cards in the glove compartment. The next day when we left Florance we have received invoices that we haven't recognized and are still dealing with.
