★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would take half a star for the 1e toilets, but I've discovered it's a spread practice all over town, so we had a good experience. Walking distance to other attractions, relatively easy to get to with navigation, and not expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this garage after reading quite some negative reviews about other garages concerning breaking into the cars.
This garage is well lit, clean, safe and it has music playing :) there was no problem for our Volvo V60 to park. There were some free parking spaces at around 11 o'clock at the first level.
Two things could be better: the entrance and exit at the gates is narrow so take care. Also there is no closed door to the outside, meaning that anyone could enter the garage and not only people with a valid ticket.
Still, I will park again here the next time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to park if you are visiting the city of Florence. I am writing this review as a visitor to the city and was staying outside the city (about half and hour drive). If you are staying within city limits and planning to park long term then my review won’t help.
For visiting on a day tour to the city like this parking lot is super ideal we parked for 4 and half hours and paid 11€ which was quite reasonable and it was underground park with a entry by ticket. The car was safe and had no damage from vandals or other cars. This lot was suggested a safe option by our host with whom we were staying so it’s got approval from the locals as a good safe location. Most other lots in the area had very bad reviews online so please be careful as it’s true that this part of the country has thieves who break into cars as confined by our hosts.
Most attractions in Florence is only about 5-10 mins walks away or you can take a local bus near h which will take you to any locations. Taxi’s are also available if you walks about 5 mins to the cathedral.

Problems:
1. No daily rate. This makes you pay like 50euro per day and there are no other parkings closer to city center.
2. With that price there is no control who enters the parking. No concierge or even door with lock.
3. No electrical change for cars...
As plus: there is a toilet at 1€, open during working hours.
