Outstanding help from Giacomo Betta with shipping our Italy souvenirs back to the Unites States. Giacomo made the whole process start to finish a true pleasure. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

As shippers go, these guys are the best. Whether they are shipping art, wine, or laundry, they are fast and honest and know how to deal with the vagaries of international shipping that plagued me before I found these guys. Since I like to shop (see above), a good shipper is a critical part of my vacation plan--I always ship so that I can deal with airport VAT refunds--and these ladies make it a piece of cake, every time.

Super experience here. I went to the store at opening time on 18APR and was helped immediately. I was given a heavy duty box, I packed my stuff, filled out the forms and off I went. My box arrived at home a week later. So thankful for this excellent resource while traveling in Italy. I've relied on MBE in other locations and have always received good service but this time is the best yet. Grazie mille!

I'd forgotten my Macbook in a nearby hotel. I called MBE345 after reading reviews that they do a good job shipping art to the US. I spoke to them on the phone, explained the situation and sent details by e-mail. A couple of weeks later, just as I was thinking of calling and asking about the status, I get a Fedex slip from Firenze. My laptop had arrived, and it worked! They picked it up from the hotel, packed it excellently and shipped it. Francesca and her staff did an outstanding, professional and timely job.

Unfortunately, I purchased some items and had these guys pack and ship the items to me in another country. Arrived damaged. Then, tried to contact them... no answer. They went dark. Did not respond to one email or phone call from me. Totally disappeared. Do not trust them.! Horrible customer service. I'm planning to complain to the franchise corporate headquarters

NEVER never never again. Please go to another mail boxes office in the center, they are not the same organization and they work with different couriers. This department works with regular Italian post, probably to save money, they don't inform you about using this courier. I used their services a few days ago on the advice of friends (as it turned out, friends advised another branch). Everyone was very polite until my pack had not arrived. They were reluctant to answer my questions, saying that there was no connection with the courier, except for e-mail (an unimaginable service), the courier himself (that Italian regular post) did not have any numbers to call and ask where your pack was, and it was listed on their website as in the shipping process. In the end, after my calls for 2 days, where they answered me with indifference and saying that my pack was not the most important, One of my art curator called them (he is italian, it's important!), and they answered that it was actually in a storage area and they were trying to get through to the recipient for two days. This is a complete lie, no one called the recipient, there were two numbers and I constantly communicated with the recipient about the search (why I could not get this information is incomprehensible, probably because I am a foreigner). As a result, we had to go to the storage area, ourselves and pick up our pack ( but it's better than just wait for nothing). The parcel went exactly a week instead of 2 working days as it was promised. Please use a different mail boxes office in the city centre to save your hassle. Here, if there is any problem in the delivery, you will only encounter indifference and lies. You gave them money, but they are not responsible for the rest. MAI PIÙ. Utilizzate un'altro ufficio di mail boxes in centro, non sono la stessa organizzazione e lavorano con corrieri diversi. Questo reparto lavora con SDA delle poste italiane, probabilmente per risparmiare, ma non informano il cliente ( se avessi saputo, non avrei mai usato il loro servizio). Sono stata la loro cliente alcuni giorni fa su consiglio di amici (come si è scoperto, gli amici hanno consigliato un altro dipartimento). Tutti sono stati molto gentili fino a quando ho visto che in una settimana il pacco ancora non era arrivato. Erano restii a rispondere alle mie domande, dicendo che non c'era alcun collegamento con il corriere, tranne che per la posta elettronica (un servizio inimmaginabile), il corriere stesso (sempre SDA delle poste) non aveva numeri da chiamare e chiedere dove fosse il tuo pacco, e sul loro sito era elencato come nel processo di spedizione. Alla fine, dopo numerose strassanti telefonate di 2 giorni, in cui mi hanno risposto con indifferenza e con le parole che il mio pacco non era il più importante, il mio curatore (che è italiano, questo è importante) li ha chiamati e loro hanno risposto che era effettivamente in deposito e stavano cercando di chiamare al destinatario per due giorni. Questa è una bugia completa, nessuno ha chiamato il destinatario, c'erano due numeri e ho costantemente comunicato con il destinatario sulla ricerca ( è incomprensibile comunque perché non hanno detto niente di riguardo a me, a parte le bugie delle chiamate continue, probabilmente perché sono straniera). Il pacco non era urgente ma mi hanno promesso che arriva in 2 giorni lavorativi. Di conseguenza, il destinatario ha dovuto andare al deposito e ritirarlo, che è sempre meglio che stare ad aspettare senza nessun informazione. Utilizzate un'altro ufficio di mail boxes per evitare i problemi. Qui, se c'è qualche problema nella consegna, incontrereste solo indifferenza e bugie. Hai dato i soldi, ma loro non sono responsabili per il resto.

5* service ! Annalisa and Francesca do a great job and welcome all there clients. They treat tourists with patience and respect. If you have wine , olive oil, food products or just general shopping you need to ship anywhere in the world use this shop. Good prices and above all good service. Very reliable ! Grazie
