Great place for a quick snack or spritz although expensive, but it is to be expected in central Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely pastries, conveniently located close to the train station and next to a bus stop. Fortunately had English tea wake us up after our train journey. Really friendly staff, may pop back in on our way back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located right by the bus stop and a few minutes walk from Firenze SMN. They make fresh express sandwich for €4 each - there is a menu to choose from, or you can request to customise your sandwich. They cut the meat on the spot (ham, salami etc) and also cut from the block of cheese they have at the counter. Coffee was reasonably good too.
We paid €20 for 4 pastries 4 coffees and 1 coke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude rude rude!!! Had a pastry and a coffee they were fine. Were there after a 12 hour combine trip to get to rome. We bought a bottle of water **from here** and they said the water was for outside. No other tables were taken. We were there for 10-15 minutes as we looked i to bus tickets and the lady at the counter got upset at my girlfriend and us for drinking water we bought from their store. What a horrible first experience in italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crossiant with cream was sitting out for a few hours. A place you would go solely for convenience. Needed to do a food and drink stop after a full day of traveling and was advised we were there for too long when there were 2 other empty tables and we were there for only 20 minutes! We had just bought basically a whole meal from them, was even trying to buy more food, and they were trying to kick us out. Highly do not recommend.
