The Fiorentina was perfectly grilled and the quality is as expected, but the whole experience was completed by the greatest ever service we received from Marko, very professional, very knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with. He helped us with the wine which we really liked and it went down like a treat with our truffle tartare and the Fiorentina steak. Can't fault our experience. 5 stars for sure

D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, one of the best steaks I have ever had. I wish I could post the video I made to let you hear the sizzle it was making ? delicious. The staff is ultra attentive and they speak several languages. We’ve felt welcomed and treated with care. I couldn’t recommend this further. Also - the Florentine steak menu is a bargain: we could barely finish all the food and it was just £35 each. Only negative note was the wait to get the bill - a little too long, but in fairness the place seemed understaffed and our waiter was clearly running around doing the best he could.

I’m from the U.S. and we have some of the best steak in the world from LA to Las Vegas to NYC But this Florence steak here was on a different level of goodness. It was so juicy, tender and only seasoning is a sprinkle of salt. But somehow their aging process took it to another level of deliciousness. You definitely have to try this place!! R	Rhen Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hype is real and it is deserved. This is the Bistecca Fiorentina (Florentine steak) that you have been seeking. The menu is outstanding. Wine selection is very good and reasonably priced for the quality. Pici pasta is phenomenal side or starter (a revelation!!). The star here is the steak. There are multiple ways, price points, styles, and sizes that can be ordered. Will this be the best steak you have ever eaten? Depends upon your life experiences. But, can guarantee you that this will be in your Top 5 all time.
J	James Hart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is well-known for it's excellent steaks and as a local authority for obtaining a decent Bistecca Fiorentina. The restaurant itself is in an odd location, however the restaurant itself is nicely laid out. I just wish the lighting was slightly lower for half 8 in the evening, and gave a bit more premium ambiance for the price you pay. We also felt slightly rushed with the service, with the starter coming out almost immediately. We had the 70EUR Bistecca menu, which seemed the best deal. The starter was slightly too big considering what was coming (though don't wish to complain about portions being too large). The steak itself was excellent, and is why you come here. The "bark" had a great woody flavour, and the meat itself was thick, juicy and tasty - really superb. Some minor changes would really elevate this place, but as it is, I probably would see this place as a one-off and not a repeat visit.

He brought over 4 bottles of wine and did a presentation on each so we can make the best choice. Make sure you ask to seat in his section when you try this outstanding steakhouse.
