★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice aperitivo at B-roof. The food was not bad at all but perhaps a little out of place with the overall standard of the hotel. The roof top itself is big and beautiful with a few touches that could do with a revamp. The view is stunning from every corners. The theme of the drinks were absinthe based on the evening we went, that also could do with a bit more work. Overall, good value and a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a fantastic experience at the B Roof bar. Marco and Antonio were fantastic hosts who made our experience an unforgettable one. I’ll definitely be returning to B Roof bar on my next stay in Florence. I would recommend this place to everyone for an aperitivo with a fantastic view of the city.

Would highly recommend the tasting menu.
AIC certified, with many gluten free options, so very celiac friendly.
