★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely LOVE this little cafe, slightly hidden away from all the craziness of the main touristy spots. It is never crowded, the seats outside are refreshing and the coffee is to die for. I’ve been coming here almost every day for the last 2 weeks while in Florence. Cappuccino is a 10/10, and the croissants melt in your mouth! Service is also excellent. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I found Ben’s around the corner from our Airbnb on our second day in Florence and we never looked back. Everything we ordered was delicious - the ham and cheese croissant, Ben’s Savoury breakfast, the cappuccinos but the standout was the chocolate croissant baked fresh in the caffe! The staff was lovely and very accommodating to our group of 6. And, a big bonus for me, they offer plant based milk options. Can’t wait to go back to Florence and visit Ben’s again.

BEN Caffè has a lovely (art decor, pictures), but modern charme (glass box with chairs and table, modern devices, V60&Chemex), provides perfect coffees and breakfast and offers easy-to-go-solutions if you’re in a hurry (you better be not). Shockingly good prices for being so centrally located. We loved our 3 euro breakfasts. And the baked goods aren’t the cold stale wannabe-croissants you find all over the place in Italy. These were crispy and flavorful.
