★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful in this store as two old women tried to steal from us when we visited. They took advantage of us being distracted with our baby and all the toys and tried to open my husbands bag and steal from it. Good thing we noticed before the damage was done. The old lady immediately hurried out of the store. if a children’s store isn’t safe then where is it safe? and he was carrying our 9 month old daughter when it happened. I’m still shook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toy store is really great. The sections are divided per age groups (0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12) and they have a nice selection of smart toys, even for grown ups. The store is a bit expensive and the personnel could be indeed a bit friendlier but I haven't seen a better one in Florence yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame. On arrival in an empty store 08/03/21 afternoon the lady looked completely uninterested to help. I asked A question about a product and she said to go and look for myself. We spent 80€ On a lamp for our baby only to get home and find it was missing charger. Surely she could have checked? On our way out of store my wife with hands full and a 3 week old baby she couldn’t even be so kind to help with the door. Just stood there looking very uninterested. I’ll be honest it’s a lovely shop but these guys need to find people suitable for the job. Bad experience and a real shame.
