★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was hungrily wandering the neighborhood south of the Duomo, I found Gusta Trippa. I've had tripe sandwiches before at the Mercato so knew what I was getting into. My stomach led me to order a lampredotto sandwich. This was a sandwich experience of the highest order. A soft bun piled deep with the luscious meat, wrapped in paper and dripping with goodness. Wow. Now months later, I can't stop thinking of this life changing sandwich!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! You can order paninis with homemade florence meat classics. Vegetarian options are available. We tried the trippa (cow stomach) and bollito (stewed beef, get it "bagnato") and were absolutely delighted. Abundant portions at a fantastic price. We also tried the wine, which went very well with the meat. 10 euros for 2 persons. Amazing location between dunno and Piazza della Signoria. Owner is very nice and cooks everything himself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious! Tried this place after seeing all the good reviews, and it didn't disappoint! The bollito sandwich was so good, so flavourful and soft. Your man was so kind as well, he gave me a glass of red wine to try for free. Location is convinient as its very close to Duomo Definitely a place to eat when in Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely spot for a quick, filling, inexpensive meal in the very heart of Florence. Really nice range of different sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs, fries, and drinks—even decent coffee. Good, friendly service and the little shop is really clean.
