★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will see millions of panini stores in Florence, but this is the one you're looking for, as a chef I'm always looking for an authentic experience and this was one of those. I asked the incredibly friendly gentlemen behind the counter to make me the most traditional regional sandwich and I was not disappointed, slow cooked trippa, with a green sauce made from olive oil, capers and parsley, a generous helping of chili oil and served with a mug of red wine for €5! Absolutely brilliant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sandwich (you can personalize) and very good ratio quality/price. I got a little sandwich with crudo, cheese, tomatoes and truffle cream (3 €) and a 330 ml tin Sprite (1.5€). There a space to sit in for about 5-10 people. There are no bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing panini! We stopped in by random choice, it was close by to where we were staying, the shop look authentic, and the bread smelled great. The workers were very friendly and spoke better English than my Italian! Great sandwiches for the money! It was so good we made it a point to go back a couple more times while we were there! Can’t give them more than 5 stars, but if possible I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of course there is an infamous panini shop in town which we did by a sandwhich from, but this is the shop we returned to again the sandwhich was so good. We found this shop accidentally on our first day, around us were locals popping in for lunch. The guy behind the counter kindly recommended some classics and oh my goodness! I had the truffle sauce, prosciutto and pecorino cheese on pizza dough style bread and it was out of this world! It lives in my dreams now. The prosciutto was cut freshly straight onto the sandwhich. And such good value for money, each sandwich only 4 euros.
