β β β β β Its ok but pricy, easier and cheaper to park just outside the TLZ, for example in Firenze Parcheggi - Parcheggio Beccaria, you also dont have to leave the keys of the vehicle there

β β β β β If you rent from Europacar, use GARAGE EUROPE FIERENZE. You get what you pay for. Not bad but why was the attendant yelling at me? I don't speak Italian but I'm not deaf.

β β β β β In florence you will be asked to leave the car keys when park in a private garage. After alot of search for a private parking in Florence we choose International Garage. The working people there are very helpful. Do not be afraid to leave your car since it is absolutely safe. We are very pleased with the service and the security that they offer. Five stars for International Garage.

- they don't follow their price list: 20eur/day on their website, but they asked 25eur. They charged 2 full days even though it was less based on hourly rate
- not friendly at all, very rude
The positives: central location
Getting to florence by car is a nightmare. Better to come by public transport

β β β β β These guys are great. 25β¬ a day. They will also sort out your ztl authorisation so you won't be fined. Very good service as well, just as we finished paying, our car arrived up the lift and we were off and on our way.

β β β β β We had a scam experience. Was told 5 euros 1st hour and 3 euros every hour after. They neglected to tell us there's a 25 euro max. I handed him 40 euros expecting change. He handed me 5 euros. At the most I owed 25 euros. Guy tells us 35 euros.. we argued and the owner arrived. He then tells his boss he gave me 15 euros in change. This man was taking from the tiller. Owner counted the $$ in the till and found it was over by 30 euros. So the guy before me and my 15 euros he would have pocketed. The owner yelled at him and told him to leave. He then refunded me an additional 10 euros. He also gave us several packages of spaghetti. If you are an US citizen. Expect to get scam med.
