★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices reflect the offer on the website. The car was safe there. It is closed between 2 am and 6 am, so you need to park outside (not easy to find a legal spot) if you need to leave before 6 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to pay one full hour even if you get to the parking a few minutes after having completed 1 hour. So let’s say at 6:15 is the first parking hour. And I arrive at 6:17, I’m then supposed to pay 2 full hours of parking instead of just 1 and 2 minutes. That’s really a rip-off!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main advantage of the parking lot is that it is outside of the ZTL yet fairly close (15-20 min) to Florence's historical centre.
Ground level is reserved for car rental companies and two floors (1 and 2) are available to customers. There were always parking spaces.
€24 for 24 hours - a fair option for a rented car. Special rate for Avis customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove through ztl streets as I went to park the car in the garage. In the garage, I filled out the documents, which I was told were being sent to the police, so that I would not receive a fine. After few months I received fine! I send email to you, and you ignore it.

I found some very nasty scratches in my car and till now (6 months later) I didn't get any answer.....0 communication and responsibility.
Additionally I received two fines for this particular day with zero support from Interparking Garage Europe so far!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and safe parking spot in Firenze. After a 3 minute walk you’re in the inner city.
The parking chef was also very kindly, he made a picture of us in front of the garage.
