CI HANNO PROVATO A FREGARE!!!
We returned the car in perfect condition, the guy came over to check as well as said it was perfect, so we left the keys in the box and headed back to the office to conclude the one day rental.
They called me several hours later and said I obviously ran into something and the side mirror was almost detached and were ready to debit the cost immediately from our card! They sent me pictures of the broken car which was NOT how I left it, LUCKILY WE TOOK A VIDEO OF THE CAR WITH THE EMPLOYEE SAYING IT WAS PERFECT!!! My husband called obviously IRATE that they were so obviously trying to cheat us and they had the nerve to get mad at him and tell him to lower his voice! ?ALWAYS TAKE PHOTO AND VIDEO AFTER A RENTAL AND DONT GO HERE!!!!!
