★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were nervous looking for a car rental place in Florence because most of the major car rental places had the absolute worst reviews. This lead us to Tuscany by Car and we are glad we found them. By far the best experience we’ve had with a rental company. They are very accommodating for what ever you need. We had to make some changes to our reservation and they were quick to respond and very understanding. Trust me, save yourself the time and hassle don’t go to those other car rental companies go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car I rented had a motor break down a day prior to my booking date. However, the owner notified me the situation in the very first moment and offered me an upgraded car with no extra charge. ( fiat convertible into a sports car convertible)
It was not an easy task to find this replacement car in such a short notice, but they were able to pull it off.
The overall communication is smooth, and I am happy with the replacement car. Will rent again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a perfect experience renting a car from Tuscany by Car. Lorenzo was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. I corresponded with him via email and was able to secure the car booking before we arrived. I then needed to edit our reservation and Lorenzo was able to adjust it without a problem or fee. The car was a cute Citroen which had an automatic transmission, handled wonderfully, and was economical on fuel. Easy pick-up and drop-out. The entire experience was simple and flawless. I'd definitely rent from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good price compared to other rent a car companies. Baby chair included in price( other companies charge with 50-55 euro). Staff very professional and helpfull with all kind of info like were to park in Florence free, they helped us with quick instaling of baby chair
Clean car and perfect condition as new
Dropoff in a diferent location at Pisa airport. Everything worked perfect!!
We had 2 perfect days to visit zoo near Pisa 50km also visit La spezia port and then with train to cinque terre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented 2 vehicles from Tuscany by car. I went by all the positive reviews and found that they were all accurate. I made all the reservations via email with Lorenzo. I had the 2 cars delivered and picked up at the villa were we stayed. Marc, dropped off the cars and was very punctual and professional. We got 2 automatic jeeps, brand new, and in perfect shape. Forget all the other car rental places and rent from Tuscany by Car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best and friendliest place to rent a car! Very safe and professional! You can rent the car in advance and just get there and pickup the car. Car was very good and very clean. They also have multiple drop off locations which is very convenient! It’s a must when renting in Florence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable with fluent in English. Everything went smooth, no issue when picking and dropping the car.
We had no issue with the car, no surprises, as everything was well explained.
The most we appreciated the easy process and the small deposit we had to leave for the 2 days of rental.
Will definitely be chose again to hire with you for our next trip to Italy and will definitely recommend our friends.
