K	Kaylie Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accommodating staffs answering all our detailed questions about the road, parking, and how to get the places we wanted to go. The service was rather quick. As soon as they are done with other customers who were there before us they immediately ask us how can they help. We rented Fiat500 convertible it costed 100euro/day. Very reasonable cost. Will definitely rent from this place again. The two turtles they kept in the store was entertaining to watch while waiting for service. FYI: They have the store front where we do the registration&payment (with the turtles) and a shared garage near by where they keep the car.

We rent a fiat Panda with 60 euros, that included basic insurance, booster seat for our son,300 klm limit and the opportunity to leave the car , when we finished our journey, in the parking garage across the street ( available until 02:00) , with no extra fee. They gave us maps and directions to move around Toscana. Very useful informations. They charge 300 euros ( deposit) , they withhold 60 euros and the rest is payed back after 2-3 days ( depends on your bank). I really suggest you take the trip to Pisa, San Gimignano, Sienna! Awesome experience overall! Thank you!

F	Felix Winandy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ friendly and helpfull staff! they helped us upfront to decide which cars we should rent. Both smarts were in good shape. we took the full coverage insurance. On one car the battery died during our rent, a tow-truck took us to a small workshop, after a good hour wait because of the siesta the battery was exchanged and the car was up and running again, we had to pay the workshop but Knowleggi refunded us the price in cash when we returned the cars. The staff of Knowleggi also talked (via phone) with the workshop employee and the tow-truck guy (because our italian wasn‘t good and their english neither) The price of the rent was fair. Would go there again!

I got Opel Corsa automatic - 90 eur day, 300 eur deposit - baby seat NO EXTRA FEE. At same time i checked other companies like Hertz, Avis. Car in same class was about 200 eur/day, 50 eur for baby seat and about 1000 eur deposit which was abnormal. If you doubt which company to choose, trust me, use Knkwleggi.
