Incredibly stupid staff here. 30 minutes to deal with 2 Korean clients. The que was like 10000m long and the staff was joking, picking up the phone, wasting all of time etc.

Just BAD !!! You wait more than 20 minutes for a shuttle that don t show any schedule, Then outside on a parking lot when you finally find them 2 unpleasant non professional agent dressed without any uniform or company logo can’t find a reservation during 10 minutes When finally found, they don’t even explain where the car is or just keep going straight on the next alley and bip the car with the remote... The car is scratch they are supposed to have sent you an email you never receive... The car smells dirty water and is (outside) very dirty... My wife told me you always use H... or Av... car rental how come you did chose that one today? For once she was right !! Never again Alamo or entreprise !

DO NOT RENT FROM ALAMO, ENTERPRISE, OR NATIONAL. IT IS TRUE LOCAUTO has the franchise for all three and is a DISHONEST COMPANY they will steal from you. There are no good words I can say for this company. First there is no customer service at all! If you have a problem by the time you realize there is a problem they will have already run your credit card and will ignore you. YOU WILL RECEIVE A 180 EURO TICKET FOR GOING PAST A LIGHT (restricted traffic zone)THAT THEY TOLD YOU YOU CAN GO THROUGH WHEN RETURNING THE CAR!! There is no way to get to the return without passing one of these lights that is true and they are always red. Also, it took us so long to try to figure out how to avoid these lights that the car was returned one hour late for which they charged an extra day rental!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We could quickly get a car per advance reservation confirmation. Kazakhstan driving license was accepted without any questions. As well as debit card ( though many of such firms do ask for credit one).

Like others, renting a car at Florence airport was the worst experience in car rentals we have ever had. The customer service people were dismissive and rude. We waited 90 minutes to get to the counter. They double charged us on collision insurance. They provided a car with a 4 foot scrape, 6 inches wide and seemed incredulous that I would not accept it. The car I did get has a damaged front light so I cannot drive in the evening except on high beam. No directions, no map, no assistance but lots of arrogance and presumption. Stay away from these up-sellers. There are many other options.

The worst experience renting a car I ever had! They double charged me in two items and I'm discussing via Customer Service for more than one month to try to have some money back (without success until now). Be careful and aware that they will charge you more. See details below: 1) The document I signed when I picked the car up has one amount. After I returned the car they charged me €31,72 more. After I have contacted the Customer Service they said it was because I returned the car later than scheduled, when in fact I returned it earlier than the time assigned in my booking. 2) I booked the car through the Ryanair website and also bought the insurance over there. When I went to pick-up the car I was informed that I had no insurance at all. Since I remembered about the online purchase I asked 'not even the basic one?' and the answer again was 'not insured at all'. Concerned, I payed for the complete insurance. Later, on I double checked my emails and confirmed that indeed I bought the insurance from the website. After complain with the responsible during the return of the car and afterwards with the Customer Service, they told me I should now what I bought upfront and refused to return any money.
