Very hot in the public area! But service was friendly and good, at least for us. A tips, be there early, it could take a while...
F	Frederick Lutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to wait one to two hours for your pickup, and you'll be standing outside in the sun or rain for most of it. Come early if you're on a tight schedule, or even better, use one of the other rental companies in the street.

N	N C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was worried about the negative reviews on Google but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It's possible it's because it's in the the middle of winter (January 2020) so they had less clients to work with. Overall, the staff that were working that day were friendly and attentive. We're Hertz gold plus members so we didn't need to go to the main office to confirm anything. The front desk ladies told me to go find Luca in the parking lot across the street. We rented a Audi A3 but they didn't have any in stock so they offered a Volvo V90 or we could wait for Range Rover Evoque that was coming from the airport. Reservation was for 9am and we were out the door by around 10am as we ended up waiting for the Evoque. The gas wasn't 100% full when we picked it up so we had to let them know before we left. It's a good practice to always verify for additional scratches and gas before you leave the lot.
R	Ryan Chiang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience here. I think we were lucky we missed the larger crowd, but the car we ordered was there and ready. The paperwork was easy. You need multiple forms of ID and also two forms of payment. One to hold in case of damage. If you are looking for fancy and a little more expensive (jaguar, alfa, land rover, audi...) this is a great place to pick up what you want for the trip.
d	dzaky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For any prestige cars booked you will required to provide 2 credit cards under the same driver name or whatever car you booked online will be gone and have to accept regular cars. No refund even you have booked with more expensive car. I was told it only apply in Italy (maybe in other Countries too but not so sure). During the car pick up, your credit card will be hold for a total around 200 euros incase you did not return the car with full petrol or etc. They will explain for insurance coverage with price of 60 euros(took it incase anything happen) and it will be charged later in your credit card. Only credit cards acceptable, debit card no go at all, sorry. You may drop the car at the garage parking up to from 6am to 2am (nobody will be there after business hours just drop the key and contract in a designated box then you may go). The attending staffs were very helpful even they are in handful situation.

Next time without any hesitation we’ll rent from here again! ** edit : literaly after 3 days we needed to rent a car again, and without second thoughts we went directly to Hertz. We’ve found the same perfect service again. Thanks to the great staff !
