★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked here because it was pretty cheap for Florenz and right next to our hotel but I cannot recommend it. As a german I am "in love with my car" and it just doesn't feel like they take care of it as they should.
First thing, they drive the car through the city to another car park without telling you (it is only mentioned in the small written on the back of the receipt).
When we wanted to pick up the car 1,5 hours before we metioned it at drop off, it took them almost one hour to bring it by from the other carpark. Not nice waiting!
Then it says on the back of the receipt, that they cannot be blamed for 'small damages'... Oo
You also get no confirmation about the ZTL zone registration, so I can only hope they really did it and I won't receive a big fee in a few months.
All in all, next time I would rather park outside and use the public transportation to get into the city. Much quicker and better for my nerves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small, city center garage, clean and efficient. It seems pricey, but I didn't find cheaper garages in the ares. Note that they don't have much space so they take your keys, and drive your car on other location outside city center and return it when you call for call (1 hour announcement needed) but everything worked out perfect in my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car park looks fine, but the cars are not even parked at this garage, but 1.5km away. Meaning, you have to wait a significant time to get your car out and we had to wait 30 minutes after we arrived to receive our car.

They park the car in another parking lot in the city. Thereby, the front of my car was damaged (deep furrows in the bumper) and a rim was scratched. Hurts to see when you always take care of your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can have all the friendly staff you want, but if you chose to have a totally drunk employee to pick the cars in this narrow garage, you are likely to face troubles soon. Oh, it was in the early afternoon...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite they usually work with our apartment host, and we were guaranteed that we can park there, after 8 hours of driving, we weren’t allowed to park. So we spent next hour looking for another garage. Very unprofessional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't tell us the correct price before (22€, than we should pay 37€) and they didn't inform that you have to call 2h before you want to leave. And they parked your car in a other part of the City. So we had to wait to get our car back before we could leave Firenze.
