★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monica was so easy to deal with when I booked for my parents, who came to visit me in Florence. The appartment was fantastic, perfect location, comfortable and spotlessly clean (my mum was impressed and she's a perfectionist when it comes to a clean house haha). Grazie mille!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nightmare experience while staying at one of their property, Pinocchio House on June 2018. The aircon was broken on hot summer night in Firenze. Never been repaired throughout my stay. Been kicked out by the super rude cleaning service at 10am while on booking.com said it was 11. They even won't let me write my review on booking.com. stay away!
