Very personable customer service. The entire process, from start to finish, was quite easy. I would definitely rent a car from this company again!

They let you book the car with a debit card, but then at the desk tell you it's not suited for rentals. Why let customers book then ? Tell them straight away, do NOT let them book online. Scam.

A legal robbery The company is a disaster. Lack of information from the company to the customer, unexpected expenses without weight, customer service without answering, you do not have a place in the car to check out, it takes more than 40 minutes to respond and you do not they give no solution to incidents of the same company. A real robbery.

I rented a car for 5 days from Rome station and returned it with more fuel than was in the tank to begin with. I have photographic evidence to prove the time and tank level. No one checked the car with me upon pick up or drop off which I have no issue with per se. However the company charged 100 euro the following day on my credit card. I have since sent several emails and called many times. Each time someone DID finally answer the phone, when I explained the call was about a post rental issue they simply hung up on me. I have not been able to get a response on why this charge was made on my card..

Waited in queue 1 h 20 min while 5 other custumers were serviced. Then I had to pay an additional penalty fee of 45 euros per day because my visa was a Scandinavian debit type card. After this we got a smaller car than we had ordered and prepaid, I complained but was told that this was the only car available for us. To make the joke complete, a guy from Sicily by car phoned us latter in the day saying "I think my colleague gave you the wrong car......"

Horribly long lines. Not worth it. There is only one person working at the counter. And considering there were only 5 people in front of us we still had to wait 1,5-2 hours for our turn. On top of everything : They use the same old SCAM trick as most cheap car rentals do. They tell you you don’t have a Visa β€œCredit” card (most Europeans have Visa Debit) hence it’s not possible without eg all extra insurance (for a few hundred bucks) etc . Using all the old tricks from the book. I know because it happened to at least 2 people in front of us ;D SICILY BY CAR respond to all our comments and say how sorry they are but they keep on scamming people as you can see in all the other comments and tell you β€œbut it’s in the fine prints”. You know who uses extra charges in FINE PRINTS? Scammers.

They canceled our fully paid reservation because we arrived a few hours later to pick up the car. They kept part of the money and we had to rent somewhere else with a lot worse deal. -- Response to the answer: The car was still available, you just wanted to keep the original money and then rent it again for about double the price to me.

No matter if you make a reservation via internet for fixed amount of EUR, you will pay different amount when you go to the office. Fortunately I ordered a car only for 2 days so increase of 13% was not a very high amount and I could afford it. Besides this I faced quite many other issues. First, my reservation was made for debit card and a man who was barely speaking English did not want to accept my debit card, I had to clarify in details that I have reservation for on debit card and after few minutes he accepted. Of course I do not know till now what he was doing with my card so long... but I wasted almost an hour there. Second, he will be pushing you to sign everything even though the ipad was not working (or was working but I was not able to scroll as he was pushing and speaking ItalianoEnglish) so I was not able to see the whole documents. Also you have to sign the document showing all scratches, dents and then go 400m to the parking to pick-up the car. At the parking you will see that the car has much many scratches and dents than on the signed document. If you do not speak Italian, you are lost as the employee at the parking do not speak English at all, ahh sorry he knows two words that you have "two minutes" to leave the place, and if you want to take pictures of the car he will be calling you "mecanico" and will show you something quickly talking in Italian. When returning a car to Fiumicino, a lady was very nice and of course she noticed the scratch on the car that was not in the document. Fortunately I took a pictures before and had a cover for this. Not sure if insurer will lose here.. . Oh, I would forget, I understand that your company cannot guarantee a car that has been ordered but instead of Peugeot 208 Nuova I received quite old corsa, which was not fully tanked ;) But as a gift I left it fully tanked so the next client will have less issues with your company. Oh, another, there was a lot of fur in the passengers sits...I would find more issues but do not have more time to explain.
