Arrivato al banco Thrifty della stazione Termini a Roma, con mia grande sorpresa non ho trovato nessuno. Oltre all’assenza ingiustificata del personale della Thrifty, ho trovato del tutto inaccettabile l’assistenza fornita daCarJet che dopo svariate telefonate ed email si è limitata a comunicarmi che non potevano rimborsarmi l’importo pagato come se l’assenza di personale della Thrifty non fosse a loro imputabile. When I arrived at the Thrifty counter of Termini station in Rome, to my great surprise, I could not find anyone. In addition to the unjustified absence of the Thrifty staff, I found the assistance provided by CarJet completely unacceptable, which after several phone calls and emails limited itself to informing me that they could not refund me the amount paid as if the absence of Thrifty staff was not attributable to them. Thrifty is a company devoid of seriousness and professionalism. Stay away. Counter during working hours. Counter during working hours. The Hertz/Thryfti group are stealers. All they look for is to add extra charges when you bring back the car. They pretend that they dont know of the scratches already present on their car and tell you they do not own a copy of the contract, so that they can charge you all the damages already present if you dont have the contract with you on the return day. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

M	Mohammed Abdulbaqi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Hertz / thrifty I recently rented a car from Roma termini from 9/10 until 26/10 through Expedia and it was supposed to be mid-size SUV e.g jeep rengard, I got a sedan instead, at the desk they told me this is your booking category. This is your mistake or Expedia I don't know!! when I received the car low pressure tyres sign was on! do they check the car before handling it to other customers?! I mean this is a saftey issue that can be easily seen and solved. And when I returned the car the employee was very rude with me he saw 3 empty water bottles and says why the car is so dirty!! Also when I offered to remove them I called him my friend he responded with no you are not my friend!! I did not know any car rental agency specify that the car returned clean, and if you do no body told me when I rented the car,I mean who cleans a rented car! Also he was threatening me to pay extra for cleaning fee over three empty water bottles which I removed them from the car my self. I was not in the mood to go around and make a complaint right then because I had a flight to catch but his way was very rude and irritating. If this is how you treat customers I don't think I'm going to rent from you again, also I'm giving a bad review on Google and Expedia. Regards

S	Susan McMullen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT rent from this location. Arrogant, rude male associate who yelled at us. Difficult to access as it is located on 7th floor of garage in seedy neighborhood. The SUV they provided was banged up and missing a rocker panel. It was very difficult to drive this vehicle in and out of the garage, as the garage ramp was incredibly narrow and required us to back up and reposition to get around the curves on each level. Long wait in train station for reservation on pick up. Long wait for drop off. Far away from Fiumcino Airport. Worst auto rental experience EVER.
