E	Elias Tosya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo negozio la sera del 3 luglio 2019 con una amica che usa molto questa marca, la commessa (una signora grande, con gli occhiali) si è comportata in maniera molto sgarbata, mancando di rispetto, poi voleva venderle a tutti costi dei prodotti evidentemente scaduti... mi ha dato da pensare sulla qualità di questo marchio... tenere una persona simile... Sono stata coccolata e consigliata dall'inizio alla fine nei miei acquisti, trovandomi benissimo con una commessa di nome Sissi molto preparata e davvero gentile. Promossi tutti! continuate così! I was pampered and advised from start to finish in my purchases, finding myself very well with a very prepared and really kind saleswoman named Sissi. All promoted! keep it up!

Da cliente ho avuto occasione diverse volte di fare acquisti alla riapertura e ho trovato un ambiente gradevole, assolutamente pulito e molto ordinato nell'esposizione dei prodotti. I commessi sono cortesi e pronti ad aiutare a scegliere i prodotti e a dare consigli. Molto migliorato anche sotto questo aspetto! Inside the Termini station a small shop, completely renovated. As a customer, I had the opportunity to shop several times at the reopening and found a pleasant environment, absolutely clean and very tidy in the display of products. The shop assistants are courteous and ready to help choose products and give advice. Much improved in this respect too!

Il personale è invece garbato, più o meno discreto e professionale per le scelte. Si trova vicino la metro lato Piazza dei Cinquecento. Ci sono degli sconti fedeltà. Non è molto accessibile a chi ha la sedia a rotelle o passeggini proprio per le sue ridotte dimensioni e quindi mai e poi mai nel week-end. Consiglio quindi di recarvi in un altro punto vendita. Di 3 stelle per questi motivi. Small shop and then with less products that are still good and therefore I have nothing to say for these. The staff is instead polite, more or less discreet and professional for the choices. It is located near the metro on Piazza dei Cinquecento. There are loyalty discounts. It is not very accessible to those with wheelchairs or strollers because of its small size and therefore never ever on weekends. I therefore recommend going to another store. Of 3 stars for these reasons.
