★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Ho chiamato Il giorno prima per chiedere l’orario di apertura e mi è stato detto alle otto. Alle otto e trenta cinque il negozio era ancora chiuso. Sono arrivate tre commesse dicendo che era in corso l’inventario . Ho espresso che necessitavo di un buono regalo oltre al disagio causatomi per le informazioni sbagliate . Mi hanno risposto di recarmi altrove . Per il futuro alle commesse : l’inventario si fa in negozio e non al bar aprendo con 35 min di ritardo. Lasciando il negozio senza fornire le dovute spiegazioni a chi rimane in attesa o telefona all’interno inutilmente.
Bad experience! I called the day before to ask for opening hours and was told at eight. At eight thirty five the shop was still closed. Three orders arrived saying that the inventory was in progress. I expressed that I needed a gift certificate in addition to the inconvenience caused by the wrong information. They told me to go elsewhere. For the future to the orders: the inventory is made in the shop and not at the bar, opening 35 minutes late. Leaving the shop without providing the necessary explanations to those who are waiting or telephoning unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl (with glasses) staff who is working here is quite rude. On the sink there is no sign that you can't wash your hand.. And when I was trying to wash my hand she stopped me and she said you can not because its forbidden. Even everything was open and there was no sign for anything.
