★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you search for fjällräven stores on Rome it appears “rome termini coin store” and I did loose my time searching for it, but it was not there, so I was going to ask the workers if they could help me find it but there was not even one worker on its place, the worse is that they are not even identified, it would be easier to find them like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady at the cashier was rude and did not want to serve us for unknown reason. Other than her, the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, she alone ruined the whole shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the second Coin store I visited. I bought a pair of shoes from the first one but I needed to go and change them to a smaller size which they didn’t end up having. Then I wanted to return the shoes but they wouldn’t have give me the money back even tho in Europe we have 14 days return policy for full return. So I ended up getting credit for my amount. Came here and same story, no one is willing to help and they let you wait for 20 minutes for assistance. I find this weird since this a train station store and people in a hurry. Won’t recommend.
