β β β β β Ho chiesto se mi venisse dato un rossetto e la commessa non si Γ¨ nemmeno spostata di un millimetro dalla sedia. Giusto per aprire il cassetto e darmi il rossetto nuovo. Inoltre, ho chiesto un sacchetto e scocciata mi ha rifilato una borsa enorme solo per un rossetto. Capisco che si possa anche avere la giornata storta, siamo umani, perΓ² bisogna avere un poβ piu di βrispettoβ e cortesia verso i clienti. Do 4 stelle solo perchΓ¨ Γ¨ sempre bello andare da Mac dato che dove abito io, il piΓΉ vicino sta a 90km.
I asked if I was given a lipstick and the saleswoman didn't even move an inch from her chair. Just to open the drawer and give me the new lipstick. Also, I asked for a bag and was annoyed she handed me a huge bag just for a lipstick. I understand that you can also have a bad day, we are human, but you need to have a little more "respect" and courtesy towards customers. I give 4 stars only because it is always nice to go to Mac since where I live, the closest is 90km.

β β β β β Ma Γ¨ normale che delle commmese che stanno in un negozio ubicato dentro una terminale di transporteβ¦siano cosi antipatiche in base a come ti vedi? Boh io non lo so β¦. Penso che i prodotti mac siano buoni .. ma le commesse??chi pensano di essere?
But is it normal that the commmese that are in a shop located inside a transporte terminal ... are so unpleasant based on how you see yourself? I don't knowβ¦. I think mac products are good .. but salespeople??who do they think they are?

β β β β β I passed next to the shop at 9.40pm and wanted to buy few items and lady said i can pay only with tha cash because they are closing. I would understand if it was 5min prior but 20min is still a lot of time. Lady was rude, very rude
She should have apologized instead of explaining how she closed the POS machine. I come back very next morning and same lady worked and again she was not nice, she didnt say not Hi, no hello, thank you....nothing. To bad for such a store. Worst MAC experience ever.
