★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato alle 18.55 e chiudevano alle 19.00. Serranda a metà. Dovevo prendere 4 prodotti su ordine della mia sorella, di cui avevo le foto. Non perdere tempo, prenderli e venire via. Su due commesse una non mi risponde neanche mentre l'altra mi ripete che chiudono alle 19. Onestamente per 4 prodotti e circa 2 minuti di disturbo si rientrava nelle 19.
 I showed up at 18.55 and they closed at 19.00. Half damper. I had to take 4 products on my sister's order, of which I had photos. Don't waste time, take them and come away. Out of two orders, one doesn't even answer me while the other repeats that they close at 7 pm. Honestly, for 4 products and about 2 minutes of disturbance, it was 7 pm.

Credono che perché parli una lingua diversa dall'italiano, non capiamo cosa dicono e quanto siano maleducati. Terribile per il marchio perché è un marchio che uso regolarmente, ma che persone del genere frequentano è un peccato.
The worst service I had in Rome I had in this place in Termini stations, the two people who frequented are rude. They believe that because you speak a language other than Italian, we don't understand what they say and how rude they are. Terrible for the brand because it's a brand I use regularly, but that people like that hang out with is a shame.
