Sono andata in questo negozio per comprare un fondotinta, non mi trucco molto a causa della mia acne ma avevo una serata speciale e volevo essere carina. Appena entrata nel negozio ho iniziato a dare un’occhiata in giro e da subito una commessa si è avvicinata a me, non sono esperta di trucco come ho detto prima , quindi anche se di solito non accetto mai consigli nei negozi ho deciso di farmi aiutare stavolta. Mi ha chiesto cosa stessi cercando e ho risposto dicendo che cercavo SOLO un fondotinta abbastanza comprente. Me ne ha mostrati alcuni e alla fine ho deciso di comprare un fondotinta Waterproof. La commessa mi ha poi proposto di provare il prodotto, ma quando mi sono abbassata la mascherina per provare il fondotinta ho subito visto la sua faccia schifata e ha iniziato a dire che la mia pelle la devo curare perché non va bene così, e che devo assolutamente fare qualcosa per i miei brufoli.
Quando poi ho provato a dire che io la mia pelle la sto curando ma non è un percorso facile, con tono ARROGANTE da persona che evidentemente non sa cosa significhi avere l’acne e non ha neanche la decenza di informarsi dato che di mestiere è una commessa di un negozio di cosmetici, mi ha detto che devo fare di più.
Ciliegina sulla torta quando vado in cassa per pagare il mio prodotto , la commessa incomincia a propormi delle creme per i miei “problemi alla faccia”

 I give a star because I can't give less. I went to this shop to buy foundation, I don't make up a lot because of my acne but I had a special night and I wanted to be pretty. As soon as I entered the shop I started to take a look around and immediately a saleswoman approached me, I am not an expert in makeup as I said before, so even if I usually never accept advice in stores I decided to get help this time. He asked me what I was looking for and I replied that I was ONLY looking for a fairly comprehensive foundation. He showed me some and I finally decided to buy a waterproof foundation. The saleswoman then offered me to try the product, but when I lowered the mask to try the foundation I immediately saw her disgusted face and started saying that I have to take care of my skin because it's not okay, and that I have to absolutely do something about my pimples.
Then when I tried to say that I am taking care of my skin but it is not an easy path, with the ARROGANT tone of a person who obviously does not know what it means to have acne and does not even have the decency to inquire since it is a professional a cosmetics shop assistant told me I need to do more.
Icing on the cake when I go to the cashier to pay for my product, the saleswoman begins to offer me creams for my "face problems"
Embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wycon è ormai il mio alleato nella scelta di trucchi, mi è capitato di dover comprare un eye-liner è un mascara mentre ero a termini in attesa del treno e sono stata seguita da una ragazza del team Asia che ha saputo consigliarmi i prodotti migliori per me. Io di mio amo l’eyeliner ma non sono molto pratica grazie a quello che mi ha consigliato lei riesco ad utilizzarlo senza problemi. Prodotti top e personale veramente gentile, cordiale e disponibile!
Wycon is now my ally in the choice of makeup, I happened to have to buy an eyeliner and a mascara while I was waiting for the train and I was followed by a girl from the Asia team who was able to recommend the best products for myself. Oggi, una volta recatomi al locale a stazione termini, dopo aver scelto il prodotto che volevo acquistare mi si avvicina un commesso che a parer mio era quasi dispiaciuto dalla mia scelta di un solo prodotto dicendomi con modo non molto carino: “ah solo questo? Vada in cassa.
Arrivata in cassa vengo accolta da un altra commessa e, nella fase di pagamento, le dico che ho la tessera su cui applicare lo sconto e mi spara un prezzo che non corrispondeva al prezzo di listino indicato (il prodotto da me acquistato costava 6,90 e volevano farmi pagare 15). Dopo che ho fatto notare questa differenza di prezzo si avvicina un altra commessa alla cassa e per magia ho pagato quanto dovuto .
C’è da aggiungere che di questo locale conosco quasi tutte le commesse visivamente e solo due sono oneste e tranquille ovvero la ragazza con i capelli rossi ed una riccia castana per le altre quando arrivo in cassa quasi mi faccio il segno della croce

A parte la simpatia e disponibilità, si sono dimostrati molto professionali e competenti. Ovviamente sono andata via con tre matite occhi, mascara e salviette struccanti. Se capitate e Termini, vale la pena darci un'occhiata!
I entered yesterday afternoon for an eye pencil, I was advised and assisted by a girl with long dark hair, and then by a boy. What to say? Ero indecisissima su quale acquistare siccome era la prima volta che mi confrontavo con i loro prodotti, ma subito una ragazza del team, Asia, ha ascoltato le mie esigenze e mi ha saputo consigliare i prodotti più adatti al mio viso. Yesterday I was in Roma Termini and I went to the shop to buy a mascara and a face mask. I was very undecided on which one to buy since it was the first time I was comparing myself with their products, but immediately a girl from the team, Asia, listened to my needs and was able to recommend the most suitable products for my face. Devo dire che mi sono trovata da Dio, il personale è fantastico: il commesso molto carino e cortese ha subito intuito le mie esigenze e mi ha saputo consigliare in modo professionale e preparato! Non solo, ho avuto il piacere di scambiare due chiacchiere anche con la ragazza impegnata alla cassa, che è stata molto carina e simpatica! Tornerò sicuramente a fare acquisti in questo punto vendita oltre che per i prodotti, anche per lo splendido staff! COMPLIMENTI davvero! ?
