β β β β β This may be your most negative experience from Rome ever. Sadly this is where most of visitors go to buy their local sim cards upon arrival. The staff is rude, lazy, constantly is chatting between themselves or on their phones. One hour waiting time is a regular experience. Many visitors leave not reaching their turn. And during that hour you watch they operate and it is quite shocking. Like, the staff cheats clients: I've seen they've made a girl to buy a sim card package with a car charger she did not need/want - they told her that it was the only way to buy the sim card (not true!). Also they entertain themselves by forgetting to explain how to register on network, but they tell you it is activated in 2 hours, so you have to leave and hope in 2 hours it turns on. No, it doesn't. Since it is not registered, it doesn't work either in 2 or 20 hours, until you get to this or another store and ask it to be activated. I've seen it twice with different people in 1 hour. Also happened to us. And when you try to complain, they just tell you abruptly: "good bye, Mister" and walk away (my personal experience).
Specifically: avoid that person on the picture. He is just the rudest and the most useless salesman I've seen ever. I tried to complain to management, but obviously it wasn't available. When you try to ask of complaints procedure, they immediately forget they speak English.
Hope this helps and also hope their management one day see these reviews and make some decisions.

β β β β β The worst experience ever!
They activated the second promotion on my phone without informing me, then the internet I should had have for 13 euro didn't work, they TWICE ask me top up the phone for 5 euro and PROMISED ME that now it will be working, but of course it didn't! So I payed instead of 13euro 25 in total and after that they activated my internet just for 24 h, NOT for 30 days like was in promotion! When I came the 4th time in there, I was told to pay more 15 euro(to cancel that promotion I didn't even knew about) so in one mouth they asked me to pay 40euro instead of 13! The customer service is soooooo poor and people there are not professional. I fell myself robed by them!

β β β β β I had the exact same situation as another reviewer. I bought a SIM card at the Roma Termeni train station for 35 Euro. It only worked for a few hours, and then stopped working. I went to the WIND store in both Napoli and Salerno and they refused to help me saying that they could not offer the same deal, and I needed to go back to the Rome station - they would not help. Because I did not have a phone plan and internet only, I could not call. As well, finding a contact info online to (when I had wifi) to try and get assistance was impossible. Ten days later when I went back to the Rome train station at the end of my journey, they pretended they could not speak English (same staff that talked to me the week prior), and refused to read my translator saying they could not understand. From what I could decipher from the messages, they gave me the wrong card for the 100GB service I was promised. Very bitter and it left a very bad impression of area, as it caused a lot of stress on my trip with not having internet connection, and not trusting the people here. Complete scam. Do not use this company!

β β β β β horrible. I bought a SIM card, paid 20 Euro, and two hours later it stopped working. apparently they only deposited 10 out of the 20 I gave them. I went to a different wind store, they told me there is nothing to do, asked me to pay more money, and only then it worked again.
I asked for a receipt, I should've checked, because they gave me a piece of paper that has no amount on it or anything.
Came back to the Termini store and they said there is nothing to do.
Just horrible!! do not buy anything from them.

β β β β β Terrible, terrible customer service experience at this location. I was incredibly quiet and polite with the associate helping me but she was upset with my poor Italian language skills and within three minutes at the counter she was yelling at me and even accused me of lying to her? I was just having trouble activating my tourist pass SIM package.
I don't know if it's always like this with wind, but they need better customer service training for their employees, especially at such a large international station like termini.

β β β β β Bought a 35 Euro data sim and was told it will take a few hours to activate. They never activated the sim so went back into the same store (well out of my way) to resolve the matter or ask for a refund. I was told they canβt refund me but theyβll open a ticket to resolve the issue and it will take no longer than 1 day. It was never fixed and I was basically robbed of 35 Euros. Donβt ever buy anything from this store or the company.

β β β β β The workers are nasty people, literally all 3 people i spoke to. They take their time, not caring About the customers waiting at all. They don't do their jobs, rather they go to work to chat with each other and to scam the tourists that shop there. I waited 45 minutes for my turn, and than another 30 to activate my sim card that ended up not working, and i paid 35 β¬ for nothing. 1 big scam, i went across the street to a souvenir shop and got a 15β¬ plan In 10 minutes time with a very nice worker, and the phone service
worked much better.

β β β β β Really really poor customer service! I lost a words! Zero star if I could give them. They totally rip off your money. I have been using their services since 2017, and they wouldn't even care less for helping you, for their mistakes! My bill was skyrocketing for the past 3 months, no solutions! Totally scam and not recommended
