★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend needed a laptop charger so I went to pick him one up from Euronics. I made the purchase only to later find out my friend picked one up for himself. He paid $18 Euros for the one he got while I paid $30 for the one at Euronics. The very next day early in the morning I went to return the charger and they refused to give me a refund. I didn't know that all sales were final, I was not told this and there were no signs anywhere explaining this. The staff wasn't helpful or friendly at all. Ny friend said he went to the Vittorio Emmanuel Piazza they had many electronic stores with much better prices. Euronics was very expensive and they will not take anything back. I was recommended this place by a staff members at my hotel. I would never go back there and I would recommend people when I Rome do not use this store for anything. You'll find it better and cheaper in many other areas of Rome.

Enjoyed just strolling around when I didn't need anything specific.
The only thing that bothered me.a little is that the store sales staff haven't offered any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frauds and scammers. It was my first and last time when I bought a sim-card outside cell service provider store. I bought a plan with 35gb of data for 21€. Two days later mobile internet stopped working. When I came back to sort the things out, I was told “sorry, the vodafone guy doesn’t work today, we can’t help you”. Don’t buy anything there and don’t use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My smartphone stopped working while I was on vacation and I went to this store to get a new one. They told me my sim card would not work on an Italian smartphone so I bought an Italian one from the Vodafone store on this shopping center. When I got home and tried the sim card from my home country it worked just fine and the store refused to refund my money the next day. They are all just looking for ways to scam tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place, unfriendly staff, the watches that were on display, half of them are not working or missing or there is no info on specs or price is missing. They have some but they're locked on the shelf so you can't see them, see how they look on your hand... The only choice you have is to buy them but then if you don't like them for some reason you can't return them. Avoid this placem unprofessional absolutely horrendous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No, no, no, no, no... Old guy at the door didn't speak English. At a train station at The Crossroads of entire European Union, only speaks Italian!! And it went downhill from there. There is a sales platform structure in the middle of the floor in the back of the space, and outside of that box are display shelves of various different devices. At 10 in the morning, the mean guy did not want to leave his little protected box to come and show me, and answer questions about some of the laptop computers on the other side of the box. When he finally did he was just rude and insulting, that I'm supposed to read the label. And that he had been there for 20 years, which to me is 21 years too many!
