The Tim shop helped me to reissue the SIM that was losing effectiveness as it was an older generation. Oreste did everything to be able to overcome my lack of preparation and, thanks to his excellent technical preparation and great availability, he solved the problem for me. They promised me in 1h activate my simcard, but it didn't happen even in 4h. In Tim Termini Roma shop, young guy Olivier, was so kind and perfectly organized their service. He helped me out, took Tim number, my email and helped to contact first shop. Later he contacted me via whatsapp and helped to activate (screenshots, instructions). He has perfect English to contact.
Thanks him alot!
100% recommend service.
