Ho avuto modo di entrare in questo negozio x un cambio di gestore x mia figlia. Subito ho notato una vera professionalitΓ  e cordialitΓ  di Dario che col suo modo di spiegare mi ha convinto x una rete internet col modem x casa e soprattutto mi ha saputo indirizzare sull'offerta giusta x mia figlia. Grazie a Dario, Andrea, Rachele i commessi della domenica che ti accolgono sempre con un sorriso.
I was able to enter this shop for a change of manager for my daughter. Immediately I noticed a true professionalism and friendliness of Dario who with his way of explaining convinced me x an internet network with a modem for home and above all he was able to direct me to the right offer for my daughter. Thanks to Dario, Andrea, Rachele the Sunday salesmen who always welcome you with a smile.

ATTENTION ! thieves work here! do not buy anything here! I paid 35 euros plus 10 euros, Internet is enough for a day , losers who did not learn English work here

The friendly staff spoke pretty good English! And he offered us the good plan of sim. 20€ for 3gb data for 2 people.

Tre in general is one of the worst companies in Italy, but as a foreigner I didn't know that when I arrived to live here. They tricked me at a tre store into buying an Internet box free of contract, (that connects to electricity and u can take it everywhere) bought a Sim card with 50G to be spent in 6 months, after 6 weeks I got a notification saying that the 50G were finished, which is imposible because I live alone, I did not watch a Single movie and I was on holidays three out of those 6 weeks. I went to the store in termini where I got the Sim card and they kept saying the Internet is over. That I could call costumer service ha-ha, we argued a lot (because I was there very upset of having received a the terrible service... I mean I don't go around arguing with companies which offer a bad service just to see if I can get Internet for free)... At the end they DID NOT DO ANYTHING. I Lost a lot of money: the Internet they stole, plus the box that I had to buy before. Ugh, terrible experience.

Super awful service!!!!! We bought a SIM for 25€ for super internet 10GB and they said you can use it within an hour but two days later our money are spend and we have to pay 5€ again because they did not tell us to activate 10GB in a stupid mobile app that works only after 48 hours!!! And after that they said we can't put 5€ in their service, only 10€, then wait for one more day and it will work. Surprise! It didn't work after 3 days!!! And this app took 4€ for nothing. We came again and they said we fixed it everything is fine wait for tomorrow and use the internet. Surprise, it didn't work after that and we came to them AGAIN and they said no you now don't have enough money to activate this option because you used the internet yesterday (they use it in their service that day) and you used the internet on 28 January (like 5 days ago when we just bought the sim). They refuse to fix their mistakes and we LOST 35€ FOR NO INTERNET AND AWFUL SERVISE. I hope you will be closed for good, we will never choose tre again in our vacation and we will tell everyone about your disgusting work!!!!! We should choose tim because their offers cost 20€ for everything and we will definitely use it next time. The worst service in entire Rome

Spent €80 on two 50gb 6 month tourist sim cards. One worked for 2 days before stopping. Fortunately I was still in Rome to sort it out and they swapped it for another (which took ~36 hours until it actually functioned). That new sim worked for 3 days until it stopped again, AFTER we had left Rome to go through Europe. So I paid €80, or $130 AUD on two sim cards, one of which worked for a total of 5 days. Not happy at all, would definitely not recommend as the price does not warrant the struggle to get it working; even through contacting them via email on their customer support online.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought two tourist SIM cards from this store, which were supposed to have 50 GB of data for 90 days. The first two days they worked fine; I was even able to check my data usage and saw that I had 49 GB left. On the third day, however, I received a message saying I was running low on data and a few hours later both SIM cards stopped working. I have emailed the company asking for an explanation and have received no response. What a joke. This company appears to be intentionally ripping people off. Stay far far away!
