r	rotten baracca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Riferendomi al mango touch, ovvero il negozio con gli accessori) Ogni volta che sono entrata in questo negozio e ho trovato la solita signora (non ragazza) alla cassa è stata una brutta esperienza. Pare sempre imbronciata come se le pesasse la tua presenza e spesso non ti degna nemmeno di uno sguardo quando le dici buonasera, tantomeno un sorriso. La prima volta mi ha trattato da ladra perché ero venuta a cambiare degli orecchini sul cui scontrino mi avevano battuto un nome diverso per chissà quale scopo e usando chissà quali trucchi per intascarsi qualcosa. L'ultima volta invece mi ha parlato in un modo così poco professionale, facendomi passare per stupida, che ahimè mi ha fatto del tutto passare la voglia di tornare in questo negozio. ? Le digo que la etiqueta no marca eso y me dice que es un error. Es increíble que hasta en Mango quieran timar a los turistas. Ojo con esta tienda. Y por cierto, la atención pésima. Mentre stato scegliendo delle magliette una mi stava dietro e con rabbia si è messa a sistemarle impedendomi di osservarle. Quando ne avevo scelta una dopo 15 min di permanenza nel negozio( visto che non mi ha permesso di guardarle bene) non si è degnata di venire alla cassa ed alla fine ha esclamato alla collega " 15 minuti per scegliere una c.... di maglietta" Uncommentable orders, zero professionalism. Debbo dire che quando si fa un reso/cambio di solito nei negozi non sono troppo cortesi... qui invece ho trovato la GENTILEZZA e PROFESSIONALITÀ fatta in persona! Il Signore toscano, credo proprietario o cmq responsabile del negozio, si è adoperato al massimo per trovare la mis taglia e me l'ha fatta recapitare nel giro di poco tempo direttamente in negozio. Sono gesti di questo genere che rendono la giornata molto più bella, sì, anche se si tratta di questioni apparentemente futili come lo shopping. La vita è più semplice quando incontri persone tanto disponibili per aiutarti, e senza un tornaconto economico. Che dire.. tornerò! E GRAZIE! Il commesso Mirko non solo mi ha risposto in modo anticipato, mi ha anche attaccato il telefono in faccia dicendomi che aveva gente in cassa! Non ci si comporta assolutamente così nei confronti di una cliente che voleva avere semplicemente della informazioni! Imparare a relazionarvi con la gente, è il vostro lavoro! Le consiglio vivamente di leggere un libro e farsi una vita invece che sfogare la sua frustrazione sui clienti. Non ci tornerò mai più, ben fatto stellina?
