Ho comprato un charm al negozio del Forum della Stazione Termini e nonostante abbia dato la mia Card Fedeltà, non hanno aggiornato i punti. Ho chiamato per far notare la cosa e la commessa che ha risposto al telefono è stata estremamente scortese e mi ha detto di richiamare.
Non so se si riuscirà a fare qualcosa a riguardo, ma certamente non farò mai più acquisti in questo negozio. Non solo non hanno caricato i punti, ma la commessa ha risposto quasi infastidita quando le ho fatto notare la cosa.
 Never again from Pandora at the Termini Forum.
I bought a charm at the Forum shop in Termini Station and despite having given my Fidelity Card, they have not updated the points. I called to point this out and the saleswoman who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me to call back.
I don't know if anything will be done about it, but I will certainly never shop at this store again. Not only did they not upload the points, but the saleswoman replied almost annoyed when I pointed this out to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La commessa mora L. insisteva sul fatto che un mio charm fosse falso, con saccenza e maleducazione. È servito che la sua collega le dicesse che in realtà era vero! Probabilmente la signorina Ludovica non era ancora nata quando quel ciondolo era in negozio, ma ciò non la autorizza affatto ad essere così scortese e ad umiliare una cliente storica.
Tra l'altro, mi risulta sulla tessera un punto in meno del dovuto. MAI PIÙ.
The brunette saleswoman L. insisted that one of my charms was fake, with wisdom and rudeness. It took her colleague to tell her it was actually true! Miss Ludovica was probably not yet born when that pendant was in the shop, but that does not at all authorize her to be so rude and humiliate a long-time customer.
Among other things, I have one point less than due on the card. NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male sales assistant ignored me. Spoke to my friends who bought from him but didn't bother to speak to me. If he had spoke to me he would have realised I was looking to buy jewellery. I didn't bother and spent my euros elsewhere as he walked away to speak to someone else. Rude
