★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se mi venisse chiesto un consiglio, in base alla mia esperienza personale, direi che si è trattato del peggior acquisto fatto e del venditore che almeno con me si è dimostrato meno professionale incontrato fino ad ora. Ho acquistato un sub nodata del 2011. In 8 mesi è stato 3 volte in assistenza, l’ultima volta nonostante la garanzia mi è stata fatta pagare 100€ di molla di carica perché a detta loro non sarebbe rientrata in garanzia, orologio ancora non funzionanente. Se per riparare un rolex del 2011 venduto da loro da meno di un anno servono 4 interventi direi che o sono molto sfortunato o loro non ci sanno fare. Come soluzione, oltre all’ennesimo tentativo di riparazione (magari a pagamento visto i precedenti non sapendo cosa ci sarebbe da fare) mi è stato proposto di ricomprarsi l’orologio al prezzo di un anno fa. Ovviamente hanno ignorato le lettere del mio avvocato. Pessima esperienza, comportamenti molto poco professionali, orologio ancora non funzionante dopo 3 tentativi. Sconsigliatissimo..su Roma ci sono tanti altri venditori davvero seri e affidabili.
if you were asked for advice, based on my personal experience, I would say that it was the worst purchase made and the seller who at least with me has proved less professional so far. I bought a nodata in 2011. In 8 months it was 3 times in assistance, the last time despite the guarantee I was charged 100 € charge spring because according to them would not be returned under warranty, still non-working watch . If to repair a 2011 rolex sold by them for less than a year, I need 4 interventions, I would say that they are very unlucky or they can not do it. As a solution, in addition to the umpteenth attempt to repair (perhaps paid for the precedents not knowing what would be done) I was asked to buy back the watch at a price a year ago. Obviously they ignored my attorney's letters. Bad experience, very unprofessional behavior, clock still not working after 3 attempts. Not advised .. on Rome there are many other sellers really serious and reliable.

Inquired about a watch politely. Got the most rude response ever. I'm an omega collector with a large collection and I have never seen a seller talk to potential customers this way.
