★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è carino ma la cassiera un po' meno ...le ho chiesto di non cancellare il prezzo dietro al pensiero ma bensì solo quello davanti scontato....quelli dietro li ha cancellati e voleva lasciarmi quello davanti dicendo che tanto il prezzo è quello...ma cosa te ne frega a te l' ho comprato ora è mio e cancelli quello che voglio io.... assurdo.
 The shop is nice but the cashier a little less ... I asked her not to cancel the price behind the thought but only the discounted one in front .... she canceled those behind and wanted to leave me the one in front saying that so much the price is that ... but what do you care about you I bought it now it's mine and you delete what I want .... absurd.

Tonight I enter Porfois to make purchases. Kicked out by the shop assistant because it had to close at 10min at 8pm when porfois on -1 was still open plus full of people. Absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero alla stazione di Roma termini ho visto questo negozio e curiosa sono entrata a vedere . Sono rimasta davvero estasiata dal vasto assortimento e dai prezzi modici . Ho acquistato due regalini e due oggetti per me . Il personale davvero molto cortese, preparato e disponibile ..... Se vi trovate alla stazione di roma vi consiglio vivamente di fare una capatina in questo negozio carino e con personale cortese e carino
I was at the Rome Termini station, I saw this shop and I went curious to see. I was really delighted by the vast assortment and moderate prices. I bought two gifts and two items for myself. The staff really very courteous, prepared and helpful ..... If you find yourself at the station in Rome I highly recommend you to visit this nice shop with courteous and nice staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude. We were there now and aksed if they have new peices of 3 scarves as usually we are given a new one wrapped in a plastic bag when I buy scarves from my country UAE. He didn't look at us (was giving us his back) and once he turned he didn't even look at the scarves and said no these are last peices and threw one of the scarves at my sister!!! We tried to ask the other employer but she looked at him and he said something with anger and then she said the same. We really wanted to get these scarves and we wouldn't mind if it was actually the last peice. But the way we were treated forced us obviously to leave the shop without anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy workig in the shop is very rude and lacking respect and professionalism, i asked him if he has a new piece of a scarf he took it and then threw it on me and told me that they are closing. If I would the manager i would fire him because this way he let the shop lose customers. If I am not a tourist I would talk to him and let him apologize to me but I don't want to get troubles with such people.
