★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is just my favourite chain. I have some clothes bought here and also in the Milan Porta Garibaldi and Genoa stores and in all cases I was also guided by the staff. Staff is really nice and available, just like in other Foot Locker stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borderline funny situation and example of bad manager. Tried a Nike air force 1 today size 43. The shoe had a slight defect at the stitching in front which I pointed out to the clerk and asked if they had another pair. He pointed it out to the manager who was a woman and she started yelling NO NO NO. I don’t know what he asked from her cause they were speaking in Italian but it looked like either he was asking if he could get me another pair or maybe offer me a discount for this one. Either way a defective shoe should never me on sale at footlockers and secondly the customer should be aware of what they are shouting about ?
