y	yu sima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019.7月現在の情報。 timは駅の二階とホーム階一階の屋台みたいな簡易ショップがある様子。屋台の方を利用。 4.5だか5GBで25ユーロでした。現金が良いです。パスポート必要です。アクティベート（使えるまで）購入から3時間かかるとのこと。 3時間後Timからショートメール届きます。購入時の設定は頼まないとしてくれないかも。頼み込んで、設定してもらい、3時間後は自動的に使えるようになるのか聞いて、なると答えでした。が、しかし使えず、、、、嫌な予感はしてましたがo(｀ω´ )o 結局また訪問して別の店員さんに設定してもらいました。また、注意としてFaceTimeとメッセージは使えないとのこと。設定のモバイルデータ通信に、LTE通信以外の三箇所Timの情報がのってないとダメみたいです。 Information as of March 2017. tim has a simple shop like a stand on the first floor of the second floor and the home floor of the station. Use the stalls. It was 25 euro at 4.5 or 5GB. Cash is good. You need a passport. It takes 3 hours from activation (until it works) purchase. You will receive a short email from Tim three hours later. I guess it was because i paid in advance and didn’t give the store business. DONT USE TIM BECAUSE THEY IGNORE THE FACT THAT THEIR STORE EMPLOYEES REFUSE TO HELP HELPLESS TOURISTS. THR CARD IS ALSO NOT REFUNDABLE. RIDICULOUS
S	Sean Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read the reviews for TIM and Vodaphone before deciding to choose TIM as our cell provider. I don’t know if Vodaphone is good or not because I never went in. I can say that I had a very good experience at this TIM location. The employee there was really helpful in explaining all my options. I was warned that they were having a small issue with some of the SIM card not working properly, and told to come back if I had any problems. Unfortunately, I did have an issue. The SIM card worked, but it made/received calls with no user ID. Also, I wasn’t able to log onto the TIM App. I went back the next day, only to find 2 new employees who were just as helpful as the first. They explained what was going wrong, and quickly fixed the problem for me. They were very helpful and very kind. I speak very little Italian, and they were able to communicate in English without any issues. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing a SIM card while in Rome! ?

The process took about 20 minutes to setup and the store clerk was great, asking where we were visiting and offering ideas for places in those areas. If you don't have an International plan TIM is perfect. We drove all over Italy from large cities to the countryside and rarely were without service.
