★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy doesn’t have a great customer service so far. I bought a cream by mistake (my mum bought the same cream in another pharmacy) and I went there to ask if I can swipe the cream (completely sealed and with receipt) with another product. The person in charge said NO when it was in the rights to do it so, there was no policy specifications about exchange/refund on the receipt, (so decided on the spot according her mood) as I wasn’t asking something against the law...
The staff members talk English (not sure all of them) but be prepared to be be treated with poor manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a Covid test and told them how to input my name a million times. They made a mistake and even mocked me for trying to rectify it - blamed me for filling up the form wrongly WHEN I clearly told them how my name should be represented and to follow my passport and the way I’ve written it on the form.
Poor service because there’s no order or proper management. People here need to be educated on how to manage service lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is COVID Testing! €15. Great experience for us. Very friendly customer service, quick and thorough even though it can be busy. The result takes +-20 to 30min.. we could go for lunch in the meantime. Got an email in 20 min and went back to get a printed Green Pass. Great! Will go again in 2 days.

We got results for antigen test in 15 minutes for 15 euros.
