The experience with Noleggiare was very good and the staff was very efficient. The car was new (Toyota Corolla) and hybrid, so the gas consumption was very little!! They also have a store in the Termini Station what make our life easier if you stay in downtown. Thank you Noleggiare!

These guys are amazing booked via internet for Ford focus but got Skoda Karooq ( new) instead. On my way back I returned the car without realizing that I left my iPad Pro in between the hand rest and rear car seat.They found it and gave me a call to collect it. Honest, Professional and courteous.

When we received and also returned the car at Noleggiare Roma Termini, they did not check damages of the car together with us even though we asked them to do it. Which was very unusual and the first time for us. After several days passed, we received an email of damage cost charge which had not been caused by us. They just sent an invoice and did not listen to us as showing long articles of their agreement which were not related to our case. Currently we are under process to take a legal action against them for this case. Additionally, we are planning to make them disclose their service history and the flow of their internal control with our official legal action in the court. We doubt they are not even in line with the process mentioned in their agreement and this was their style to deceive a customer (the damage is always there from the beginning and collect the money from customers again and again.) We believe other customers also had same experience with us in the past. The fact is they did not check the damage before and after together with us and charged the cost after several days. I highly recommend you to check and take a picture (or video) as evidence when you receive and return a car even though they insist it is not necessary so as to protect yourself and have no surprise.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Not customer friendly, they force you to buy additional insurance packages through qny trick in the book, like accepting non other than driver's credit card with a 600€ deposit. You will end up paying much more than with a decent company. AVOID!

I do not recommend this rental agency at Termini station. I used their service many times and was happy with it as long as they charged me negligible damage as it was less than the standard measure. Also at the time of delivery of the car the employee did not check the car in detail. The most absurd thing is the cost charged, really too exaggerated. Never again.

I made a reservation a few months in advance for an automatic car since I'm a foolish American who can't drive stick. I arrive a bit early to see if I can get the car early, and apparently they don't have any automatics? Even though I reserved one? It sounded like some other customer raised a stink and they probably got my car, I don't know. The person at the front desk was pretty unhelpful; she kept trying to give excuses for why it might be my fault instead: "well you see it's 8:30 and your reservation is for 10," "if I wait will the car be there?" "well no it won't, but also you see you have a driver's license but not a driver's permit..." (I present my international driver's permit) "... well we still don't have an automatic for you there's nothing we can do". Thankfully there are a ton of other rental car agencies in Roma Termini so I was able to get another car and get going, but just wow, so bad. Probably would have been fine and a 3-4 star experience if I could drive stick, but since I can't I sure won't be using Noleggiare ever again.

The whole procedure of car receive and return was fast and simple. Car return hours in Rome are very flexible. The car (9 seats) has been ready on time It was clean. The only comment is that the add blue alarm shown almost at the beginning and I have had to refill a whole gallon of it.
