Warm welcome, excellent spoken English and a commercial gesture (manual to automatic upgrade) offered for my birthday by Martina <3 The rear windshield wiper was missing so we agreed to buy a replacement one (heavy rain forecast) as they had none in stock, which was not an easy task due to petrol stations on strike!
We eventually found one, were refunded for the purchases (wiper and blade + fluid) and offered a fair discount on our rental fees for the inconvenience by Alessandro +.
Clean car, very good condition, highly pleasurable to drive on the Umbrian hills :-) Alfa Romeo Giulietta, recent model. Efficient car return +.
We recommend Sixt in Rome for your next trip to the eternal city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found my experience with Sixt very positive ...the staff were excellent , also patient, helpful and ready to satisfy my requests, even during my journey to my destination The van I rented, a Maxi Ducato, was in excellent condition .I will certainly count on Sixt in future and I highly recommend them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from Sixt. They refused to refund our money for our last day of the rental when our car broke down. The car lost power and the check engine lights went on. We pulled over to call a tow truck but the roadside service numbers were not correct. We sent an email to the person who rented us the car to get some advice on what to do. She never responded. There was no phone number given at the branch, only email addresses. So, we googled the check engine lights and checked several things listed for this warning light. Eventually, we got the car to run but the engine would lose power and was not running well. We took it straight back to Sixt rather than using it for our planned itinerary. Since we returned it on the last day of our contract, Sixt refused to refund our money for that day. We have corresponded with them multiple times with no reconciliation offered. In addition, we were not given any information on where to return the car. We had to find a Sixt booth at the train station, and wait for a person to come to the booth to tell us where to take the car. We informed him that the car was not running well and he referred us back to the Rome office for a refund. Overall, a very bad experience.

Together with the manager Serena B. they helped me to find the perfect solution to travel with my family. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and good quality cars. Used them twice on our trip to Italy. I only question the sanitizing of the vehicles. There was a sock left in the door console and wrappers between the seat. Other than that, no complaints.
