n	nash nasher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly young lady at the Airportcounter. She obviously hates her job and the costumers as well. No hello, no explanation about what I had to sign. If we wouldn't book the cleaning fee at her counter, it would cost 6x more by returning the car... At least she forgot to hand us the car keys - a college from the parking lot hat to walk back in the Airport to took the keys. Edit: We picked up the car at night and while it was raining and unfortunately didn't see a damaged spot. The guy who gave us the car didn't wrote it in the contract too. But when we brought the car back, the same guy focused directly on that spot. And he knew immediately, that it will cost 530€ - I am sure, that there is a system in insurance fraud working here.
R	Robin Gerber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this company i can not recommend. while i was exited to start our trip in sicilia, the first experience with the staff of noleggiare.it was disaster. we arrived at their office, no-one seems has time and finally they could find our reserveration. after 30min they found and handed over the car to us. the hand over was please sing and take it. we started the engine and several red lights flashed in the cockpit. We returend to their office and asked for clarification. they said all ok, it is the tire preasure that causes the lights.. the car as such was ok, however, once we retured it took them again so long to handle our return. once a person came to us, she headed directly to the front bumber and looked below it, there was a small scratch below the front bumber, but you couldnt see it while standing in front of the car, but the person knew exacltly were too look. finally we should pay something like EUR 240 on top and got angry words from the person. My optinion, this car company offers very cheap prices for rental cars but want to make the money by telling you you did scratches, good business for them, but that was the first and the last hire i did with this company. Pay EUR 15 more and go to one of the international, this experience just gives you a big disappointment on your trip to italy or sicilia. this company i can not recommend.
S	Shannon Stafford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs! Rented a car with them. Rude staff. One month later and still waiting to receive my deposit back. No correspondence from them or replies to any emails I have sent. Would never use this company again. EDIT** They replied to say they will refund my deposit but now 7 weeks later, still no deposit reached my account and no replies to emails. FRAUD
R	Radek Piwowarczyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid ,avoid and again avoid! Be very very careful when you are collecting the vehicle as they are hiding old damages and don't show them to you at all. When you are returning the vehicle they are asking you to pay a hundreds of Euros. Make sure you will take as much pictures as possible with all damages before taking the vehicle from their collection point.Ask them tu put all damages on the paper.

We made an order when we booked the airplane ticket together, our flight was delayed around 2 hours, it was 10pm when we arrive in Palermo Airport, the girl who worked in Noleggiare she kept waiting us and we got car successfully! You know It was raining day, with 2 babies...if we couldn't get the car, we would have big problem... really thanks for the service! Before our arriving, i have checked on Google comment, actually i was really worried.. also the Noleggiare girl suggested us to buy some insurance from them, costs around 280eu a 6 days, to avoid all kind of payment for car damage, but coz we hv bought a full insurance for the car on line in advance. So I refused the suggestion, just payed 54 eu for the second driver fee and 2 hours delay sever fee and cleaning fee for the car. The girl was a bit doubtfully and repeated : are you really don't wanna to avoid your risk? You know here is in Sicily!! It made me a bit nervous during the trip ,ah ah... But we are lucky, there wasn't anything bad happened during the trip, and coz our car was super new (we are lucky?again) we are second driver of the Ford SUV which we rent, before return we have cleaned the car inside and also outside carefully, and fill up the fuel tank. so at the end, we didn't pay anything additional fee. It was really nice trip!!?

They charged me 300 euros for a little damage which was already there. When i took the car nobody checked the car with me but when i returned it they managed to find a small damage which according to them it was there already. They provide very poor service and expect their customers to check the cars on their own and report it - absolute joke of a company - will stay well away from them....Scammers...
E	Elena Kirova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had lots of dealings with rental companies, some very positive others not so but this has been the worst of all. What they are after is lousy excuses to force you to pay extra money. We had made a booking via Rentalcars.com and paid for full coverage insurance (costing 75 euro). Once we arrived, we asked to block the deposit from my credit card instead of my husband's who was listed as the main driver in the booking. The lady there said it was only possible if we bought full coverage insurance with them (+270 euro) "because we were higher risk" due to the credit card not being the main driver's. To this we pointed that we already have full insurance and proposed to list me as the main driver. She just refused without any logical explanation. She was just waving under our noses the terms&conditions sheet which refers to credit card in the main driver's name. I acknowledge that this is what the paper said but some minimal flexibility in changing the name is something not so extraordinary and we have seen other rental companies do. Also the excuse of the "higher risk" we were posing was totally lame. All in all, I consider this company as scammers just trying to cheat you for more money.
