★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great service, always the best even at this time of pandemic. I think they are the only ones who really sanitise the cars and the offices. The Sixt employee was impeccable, attentive to my needs and without going overboard with the sale (which is now common in this world). My bmw was new, perfumed and really sanitised. Sixt's attention is always the reason for my choice and will continue to be so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented from Catania on a one way to return in Palermo. Both Sixt Catania and Palermo were awesome. Very accessible, addressed billing questions promptly, and most importantly, have reliable cars that what I’d booked for. None of that “this car or equivalent”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the unpleasant surprised coming home to see that I was charged an additional €97 for an "upgrade" we never asked for. Car wasn't what we asked for and too small for a family with kids. Disappointed that Sixt didn't do anything about refunding their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was not easy to rent a car in Palermo. Fortunately I found sixt and its guys who helped me and were very kind. thanks to the girl who helped me I was able to continue my holiday. From now on I will be a Sixt customer and I suggest the agency to reward its employees because they are fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car collection and return did work out without a problem. They try to sell you an unnecessary insurance, but that happens basically with every car rental place, so that's not really a minus. Everything else was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had reserved a vehicle with Europcar but due to some technical issues together with the unwillingness of the local staff to offer alternative solutions, we were unable to pick up the car.
So, it was late in the evening and we had no option to get to our hotel via public transport.
Luckily, we met Fabiana from Sixt. She solved our problem, got us a good deal, and a nice car. Great service, great result, can only recommend!
