Nollegiare

Hier kein Auto mieten. Leider habe ich die Bewertungen nicht gelesen und wurde dafür bestraft. Bin sehr viel unterwegs, sowas habe noch nie erlebt. Ich sage einfach von diesem „Autovermieter“ Abstand halten.

(Down review in Italiano) Attention this company are scammers! Unfortunately we picked up the car in the evening, so the photos and videos are not very sharp. When the car was returned, we were accused of causing a dent in the left back of the car (it wasn't a real dent, mostly the back left side looked slightly up), caused by a small crash in the bumpers in the left back, leaving a scratch (scratch officially reported on pickup). When I explained that the damage was already there and how it logically happened, the employee told the as excuse that the reported scratch was not in bumper but in the trunk (he practically showed me another scratch that had nothing to do with it and that the cross on the paper was in the wrong place) and that would not only it be a scratch, but it would also leave a dent. Which is impossible because the bumper is made of plastic. Never rent the black Volkswagen Polo.The car has more dents and scratches than officially reported. As a Sicilian, I am really bitter about the experience and apologize to all tourists who are betrayed in this dishonest way. I've seen other reviews of other companies and found that many have a negative experience, so I think it's common in Palermo to fraud people. Furthermore It should also be also added that in Palermo they totally have their own driving style, it is pure chaos, 80% of the cars have dents and most of them drive without insurance. I highly recommend you if you want to have a nice experience of Sicily, take flights to Catania, drive everywhere but not in Palermo! In Catania I only had positive experiences. Of course, it's important to look at the reviews first State attenti!! Questa compagnia sono dei truffatori ! Purtroppo abbiamo ritirato la macchina di sera,quindi le foto e video non sono molto nitide . Al ritorno della macchina ci hanno accusato di aver causato una ammaccatura nella parte sinistra posteriore della macchina ( non era una reale ammaccatura , più che altro la parte posteriore sinistra guardava leggermente verso sopra), causata da un piccolo incidente nei paraurti nella parta sinistra posteriore che ha lasciato un graffio( graffio riportato ufficialmente al momento del ritiro). Nel momento in cui ho spiegato che il danno già c’era e di come fosse logicamente successo, l’impiegato mi diede una scusa banale e che il graffio segnalato non era nei paraurti ma nel cofano( mi ha fatto vedere praticamente un altro graffio che non c’entrava nulla e che la croccietta era nella parte sbagliata) e che non ci sarebbe stato soltanto un graffio ma che avrebbe lasciato anche una ammaccatura. Cosa impossibile dato che il paraurti e fatto di plastica. Non noleggiate assolutamente la polo Volkswagen nera. Non sono a più graffi di quanto già riportato ma ha anche più ammaccature. Io da siciliana che vive a l’estero sono veramente amareggiata da questa esperienza e mi scuso a tutti i turisti che vengono truffati in questo modo disonesto. Ho visto altre recensioni di altre compagnie è ho notato che molti hanno una esperienza negativa, quindi penso sia comune a Palermo truffare la gente. C’è anche da aggiungere che a Palermo hanno totalmente un proprio stile di guida ,è un puro caos, l’80% delle macchine sono tutte ammaccate e la maggior parte guida senza assicurazione . Io vi consiglio vivamente se volete avere una bella esperienza della Sicilia, prendete voli per Catania, guidate ovunque ma non a Palermo! A Catania ho avuto soltanto esperienze positive. Ovviamente è importante guardare prima le recensioni.

Long waiting time

Worst experience in car rental I ever had ! The company didn't accept my Visa Premier because they thought it was a debit card and I couldn't book because of that. Needed to cancel the booking and find another rental company on the spot !

Stay away from this company. I could not recommend them less, you’d feel better paying twice as much with a different company. Seriously.

My flight had a 2 hours delay and the nollegiare charged me a penalty of 40 euro per hour for not picking my car on time. 80 euro penalty for 2 hours while the daily rent rate was about 30 euro!!!! And because the arrival time was after 22.30, the office should be closed and there wasn't a second employee to show me where is the car located or how it's working.

I'm giving 2 stars because I got the car I booked and I was happy with the price. 3 stars deducted because ; 1. Over 1 and a half hours queuing at the understaffed desk. 2. The car was filthy dirty on the outside covered in dust and insects from the previous customer. 3. I didn't return the car with a full tank, I had difficulty finding a petrol station close to the airport, only used 20 euros, but they charged me an extra 35 euros on top to put fuel in the car. This was not pointed out to me on collection, only shown in the print on return which is a disgraceful amount to charge.. A good scam by the company .
