★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gabriella at the Sicali airport was not helpful at all. We had a reservation and they made us pay to add another driver even though I was not going to drive. Don’t take this car rentals. Had we known, we would choose another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There really should be an option for zero stars when it comes to Rhodium. They are complete scam artists who allowed us to book online but then said we needed an international driver's license when we got to Sicily, though this was never a requirement communicated prior, before they had our money. They charged us despite that, and refused to cancel our reservation even though they wouldn't give us a vehicle. We were stuck with no options in a foreign country. Beside being an unethical company, they are really, really bad people. Expedia actually advised us to dispute the charge with the bank and that they would back us up. After enough people do this, they will successfully be banned from every site.
