Die 2 Punkte stehen da nur, weil das Auto okay war. Ansonsten fand ich das Team wirklich unfreundlich. Wir hatten eine Komplettversicherung gebucht und dennoch wollte uns die Sixt-Mitarbeiterin unbedingt noch eine zusätzliche Versicherung aufdrängen. Sie wurde wirklich sehr forsch und unfreundlich dabei. Ich habe das Schreiben unseres Autovermieters vorgelegt, dass unsere Komplettversicherung bestätigt - aber das hat sie dann angezweifelt. das wäre nicht korrekt. Sie wurde wirklich unfreundlich. Erst als ich dann auch einen forschen Ton anschlug ließ sie uns gehen. Unmöglich! Bei der Autoübergabe wurden wir auf einen deutlichen Lackschaden nicht hingewiesen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns in dem Übergabezettel gezeigt, wo der Schaden notiert ist - in einem ewig langen Text auf einem schmalen Übergabebeleg... bis man das findet. Ich kenne das anders- bei der Übergabe sollte doch schon persönlich auf einen Schaden am Auto hingewiesen werden. Und nicht erst auf Nachfrage. Die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten des Büros stimmen auch nicht. Autorückgabe hat nicht ab 7.30 h auf, sondern ersta b 8 h. Das Büro im Flughafengebäude angeblich ab 7.30 h aber bis 7.45h haben wir niemanden gesehen. Die Öffnungszeiten werden nicht eingehalten, was sehr unangenehme ist, wenn man doch seinen Flug erreichen will.
The 2 points are only there because the car was okay. Otherwise I found the team really unfriendly. We had booked a full insurance policy, but the Sixt employee still wanted to force an additional insurance on us. She became really very brisk and unfriendly. I submitted the letter from our car rental company confirming our full insurance - but then she questioned that. that would be incorrect. She got really rude. Only when I also adopted a brisk tone did she let us go. Impossible! When the car was handed over, we were not informed of any significant paint damage. We were only shown where the damage was noted on the handover slip upon request - in an eternally long text on a narrow handover slip ... until you find it. I know it differently - at the handover, a damage to the car should be pointed out personally. And not only when asked. The stated opening times of the office are also incorrect. Car return does not open from 7.30 a.m., but only 8 a.m. The office in the airport building supposedly from 7.30 a.m. but we didn't see anyone until 7.45 a.m. The opening times are not respected, which is very uncomfortable if you want to catch your flight.

Pésimo; recomiendo no alquilar acá. La atención del personal que atiende en el aeropuerto es pésima. Totalmente desagradable. Recomiendo nuevamente otra empresa. De terror, la atención es fatal y nos faltaron el respeto. No aceptan tarjeta de débito, y la política de la empresa es errónea. No piensan en el consumidor

Neuwertiges Fahrzeug ( BMW X2 ) , leider wurde ein Übergabeprotokoll mit dem Hinweis verweigert: Alles online erfasst und sowieso über TUICARS abgesichert.Bei der Rückgabe wurde erwähnt das auf der Beifahrerseite die 2 BMW- Embleme in den Felgen fehlen. Kann auf Grund des fehlenden Übergabeprotokoll nicht sagen ob diese schon vorher fehlten oder nicht. Sonst würde nur erwähnt das die Kreditkarten-Kaution in 5- 6 Tagen freigegeben wird. Leider wurden ca 63 € nicht erstattet. Wahrscheinlich für die 2 Embleme... Keine Ahnung ...Kein Beleg für mich, somit auch keine Möglichkeit das Geld von TUICARS erstattet zu bekommen......Schade , sehr gutes Auto, leider Übergabe mies. Bei anderen Verleihern bessere Übergabe erlebt.
As good as new vehicle (BMW X2), unfortunately a handover protocol was refused with the note: Everything was recorded online and secured via TUICARS anyway. When returning it was mentioned that the 2 BMW emblems are missing in the rims on the passenger side. Due to the missing handover protocol, I cannot say whether this was missing or not. Otherwise it would only be mentioned that the credit card deposit will be released in 5-6 days. Unfortunately about 63 € were not reimbursed. Probably for the 2 emblems ... I don't know ... No evidence for me, so no possibility of getting the money back from TUICARS ...... A shame, very good car, unfortunately bad delivery. Experienced better handover with other distributors.

Operatori cortesi. Buon servizio. Peccato che a distanza di cinque giorni l'agenzia non abbia ancora provveduto ad effettuare il rimborso del deposito cauzionale che, come assicurato al momento della prenotazione, sarebbe stato fatto entro le 48 ore successive alla riconsegna del veicolo.
Courteous operators. Good service. Too bad that after five days the agency has not yet proceeded to reimburse the security deposit which, as assured at the time of booking, would have been made within 48 hours of returning the vehicle.

Very disappointing and poor service. Unfortunately, we arrived late and our booking was canceled. It's a shame, but understandable because it complies with the terms of the contract. However, the person at the counter never tried to find a good solution for us and treated us rude and coldly. From a company like SIXT, I expect the staff to work with the customer to find ways of handling the matter properly.

Perfect car hire, no line for pick up counter (In contradiction to Sicily by Car), helped really fast and we got a very clean & new car Audi Q3 (only +/- 8000 km on the km counter). But the best thing: we were too late back for the car return: 20:15 in stead of 20:00, but they waited for us and we didn't need to pay for an extra day (they normally close at 20:00). Recommendable!

I'm very happy with my rental experience with Sixt at the Palermo airport, and plan to use Sixt again the next time I rent a car in Europe. Very short wait time to pick up, and no wait and no hassles at drop off. Staff were courteous and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the rental process was, after having some poor experiences with other car rental companies.

I seen a lot of bad reviews on many rental car companies in Palermo airport but Sixt was perfect. Quick to rent the car and safe to bring back. We checked the car with the girl who work with the company. She was helpful and professional. No fees paid after came back home as I could seen on many reviews.
