★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possible to pay without credit card, we forgot ours so it was really good.
But it is a little bit more expensive than other car rentals.
We made an insurance which would take the costs of the liability damages if something would happen because the insurance were quite expensive for the car at the rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented car [Peugeot 108] at Catania Airport and returned in Palermo.
After car check with SRC employee, we found out that side view mirror cannot be adjusted becasue of broken mechanism inside.
We reported this and they gave us another car.
With the second car we had no problem during our stay in Sicily.
Worse part was car returning in Palermo.
During the check SRC employee found new damage on back door.
We had no accident, but that scratch was probably new, because I did not find it on my own photos from Catania.
Maybe it happened on some parking lot, or some rock on highway.. I dont know.
For this minor damage they asked 149€ by their price list, and another 90€ for "Collision and repair fee".
239€ together.
So, if you want to rent a car in this company, consider some good insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money this this company they have taking 360 euros from my credit card without my permission. They have sent documents from their office claiming to be from Siracusan municipal police fines. Yet I have not see this as official police fine. Fake traffic fines after 2 months the of the car rental. Don't hand over your card they copy it and they access to your last 3 digit. They can take money without your permission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and trustworthy. We had no issues whatsoever, and were charged for exactly what we expected. No hidden costs or surprise charges. Please note - the staff are VERY thorough, and the process to rent the car and return the car takes a bit of time, but they are good natured, helpful and honest. Would rent again.
